2025.01.18 23:01 salttt_ Do you get phlegm in your throat everytime you dose?
Wondering if I swallow wrong or something lol. So I normally take preground, and I always get a little shit in my throat/lungs when I do and I'll clear my throat a lot for the first hour or so, which I assumed was just because I accidentally inhale a few particles when I eat them or something.
I just tried nutmeg essential oil for the first time though, diluted it in milk and drank it, and not even five minutes later I'm coughing shit up. So definitely not the preground particles. I know smoking nutmeg oil is really dangerous because of the lipid pneumonia you can get from the oils in your lungs, so I've never done that, but am I somehow getting it into my lungs anyway?
Am I swallowing wrong or does anyone else get this š might stop taking nutmeg if I can't find a way to avoid this bc I am not trying to get cancer

2025.01.18 23:01 ton510 Over heard my motherās conversation two days before my birthday so I canceled the plans I had with the family for birthday dinner
So for context I moved back in with my parents after my living situation went bad from roommates moving out and other one who stayed not being responsible in helping me start a new lease for us to continue living in the house we rented. For about 9 months Iāve been here paying rent and putting in for groceries and other house hold needs. Two nights ago Iām coming upstairs from grabbing a water and my mother who is a very loud speaker is on the phone in her room going on and on about how much of a problem I am , I donāt do anything around the house , I donāt pay for anything etc etc. At first I didnāt think she was talking about me until she mentioned āthis morning he knocked on our bedroom door and said Im going to get breakfast do you two want anythingā clearly offering both my parents breakfast that I had no issue paying for she then goes on to say āyeah I didnāt even respond to him because if I would of said yes it would of been a fucking problemā. My mom has always been this way I say anything or make a suggestion about something and she has a quick remark that is always argumentative to what I say. If I try to do anything like clean in the kitchen she basically kicks me out the kitchen and says āno leave it this is my kitchen your gonna mess it upā. At this point I was already planning on it but Iām gonna move up my timeline to move out because I donāt want to be around her any longer. Sheās acting clueless as to why I would want to cancel the plans but doesnāt know yet that I heard her conversation. This just had to happen the one year I actually try to celebrate my birthday. So tomorrow instead of having dinner at a nice steak house and being around family I will be at home probably eating some cheap ass food that I order off doordash ,trying to drink as much as I possibly can of the bottle of whiskey my barber just gifted me

Hi there,
My family has booked for stay for 9 days on Crete for late July. Because we understand it's the the peak heat season we've been looking at accommodation with a pool. We found one place at Stalos and one at Chorafakia. Both with pools for our young boy to play when it gets really hot. Stalos seems like it is just an over developed tourist dystopian spot. I've been trawling Google Maps and Street view. While Chorafakia seem better from an access and departure perspective.. Our budget was about ā¬1500 for the 9 nights..the annoying thing was that we couldn't find a place with an honest to God bed for our son (Family of 3) most of the bookings advertised had 1 double + a sofa bed. I am adamant that son deserves his own bed to sleep like a human being. Essentially we only had 3 requirements (1) A proper 3rd bed for son, (2) Kitchen (3) A pool for my son to play in.
Any perspectives on Chorafakia? Pros/Cons?
We will be hiring a car so we can drive and get around.

2025.01.18 23:01 Denzzil_Mushroom Finished IB campaign. Want some alt weapons
Ok, so somewhere a month ago I posted here with my crying about Diablos and how he smacked my ass. Thanks to your support I've managed to beat the campaign both base and Iceborn with my partner. I've done it with IG and I think it spoiled me too much. Easy to dodge mechanics, no hard combos or whatever. I'm trying to find some other mobile and quick weapons to have some variety in Guiding Lands.
So for now I've tried SNS (my main in base Rise (I'm playing as shit anyway)), LS, Hammer, Bow, and LBG. I want to have 1-3 melee weapons and one range depending on the Monster.
- For now SNS is great. Perfect Rush is hard to do, jumping back is never executed as dodge with I-frames but still quick and fun. I'm bad at timings, shield saved my ass sometimes.
- Lbg is easy and tedious. Ammo this, ammo that, craft during the fight, dodge and reload, well it's ok. Last resort for Kushala.
- LS is strange. I love the playstyle, I love the katana style but I'm bad at countering, too slow and it feels like a good solo weapon, but not for duo coop. Maybe I'm just bad, but if the monster is flying I'm slow and useless if the monster is as quick as Nargacuga, I'm useless. Any time I want to try to counter Monster feels this and is always switching to my duo or Palico.
- Hammer. Oh god, it's slow and fast at once. Kind of bland as I didn't figure out how to play it, all damage starts with charge, rung into the head, spin, some brain massage for a Monster, repeat. There are some cool moves but I feel I can stung a little less, but still can with SNS. And cut tails. And been mobile. And mountings. And be quick.
- Bow feels so nice when you have stamina. And I always fall into the trap of stamina. I wish it was a little bit more range.

Sort of a newbie question here.. I have my -arrs all set up with newgroupdirect, nzbgeek and SABnzbd. Everything works swimmingly and I have no problems.
On Black Friday they had a deal where I got the Grand Slam triple backbone deal for cheaper than I was already paying for the single one.. so I went for it. Only problem is, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add the additional backbones, or if I even need to do anything at all.
If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great. It's been so long since I set it all up I honestly couldn't even tell you which step in the chain I should be looking haha. My gut says it's in Prowlarr, but I'd hate to break something because I started to tinker where I wasn't supposed to!

Don't be fooled. Ordering food at Chipotle is a seriously competitive event. There are noobs, pros, and everything in between. Take it from meā40k points and on a first-name basis with my local Chipotleās manager.
Want to level up your Chipotle ordering game? Youāve come to the right place. Iāve compiled the best tips and strategies to help you improve your Chipotle experience next time you're hungry.
Feel free to add your own pro tips or high Elo suggestions in the comments. Iāll update this guide where applicable.
General Tips:
- Don't order pickup. You have to watch for it to be right.
- Don't order delivery. The food may be cold, and you can't monitor the order.
- At the first sign of employee-customer conflict, leave. You may die or end up in a viral video.
- If you see the manager messing with the register or payment system, leave. It could take 30 minutes or more to fix/reboot.
- Get the app and start racking up those points.
- Donāt go too close to opening time. They wonāt have everything prepped yet.
- Don't go during prime lunch hours (11:30 a.m. ā 2 p.m.). Theyāll likely be out of something.
- Don't go during prime dinner hours (4:30 p.m. ā 7 p.m.). Theyāll likely be out of something.
- Donāt go too close to closing time (8:30 p.m. ā CLOSE). Theyāll be out of everything.
- Order every ingredient, even if you donāt like it. This helps avoid getting skimped.
- If you want guac, order it on the side. Youāll get twice as much for the same price.
- If you want double protein, wait for them to scoop once, then ask for double. Otherwise, youāll only get 1.5x scoops.
- Don't order a fountain drink unless you have to. The machine is either out of your favorite drink, out of ice, or broken altogether.
- If you only eat half or part of a burrito, order two wraps and a bowl. Youāll get the equivalent of two burritos for nearly the same price (just an additional $1).

Localization: Most towns have multiple Chipotle locations. In major cities, you might have several within walking distance. Realize that some Chipotles are way better than others.
Consider factors like:
- Popularity: Too many customers means longer waits and the likelihood of ingredients being out of stock.
- Cleanliness.
- Timeliness: Do they even open on time?
- Rating: Most Chipotles rate between 3.4-3.9 on Google Maps. Anything above 3.9 is likely a gold mine.
