2025.01.18 23:15 SideOneDummy Why doesn’t my new iPad mini recognize my headphones microphone when I play?

When I use to play call of duty mobile with my iPhone 12, the app would recognize my AirPod Pro Max microphone(s), however whenever I play on my new iPad mini, it only seems to recognize the microphone(s) on my iPad. It’s especially frustrating because whenever I play, I’m told my voice gets completely muffled and my teammates barely hear me.
My headset is incredible, the sound isolation, quality, and comfort are not something I’m willing to forgo when the issue is software, not hardware. Has anyone had this issue and had it solved?

2025.01.18 23:15 metaltater Opinions on Debra Sage

We are considering naming or daughter Debra Sage. Or last name has two syllables and starts with M. So far, this is the name that both of us agree on the most. What do you all think? Another concern is whether or not the name Sage is too crunchy granola. We live in a very hippie area, but don't want to be entirely perceived that way. I've barely ever heard it used in real life.

2025.01.18 23:15 TismWizard [MtF 19] Is he worth the effort or am I wasting my time?

I'm in a weird situation thingie and need some help deciphering this shit.
So there's this guy I have been flirting on and off with for a while now, let's call him Ted. Ted and I have been together in the past and it was nice, we got on really well and had great chemistry (or at least I would say we did) but we broke up due to general issues with our own lives. We've stayed close friends and although we never had sex, we did get frisky a couple of times and that has never gotten weird or awkward. We had always vaguely discussed getting back together, but he's been in and out of relationships with others as we had stopped talking a short while ago. Recently, he's been sort of on a rebound streak with different guys and gals, and I've sort of just been sat here like "hey I still really like you wanna get back together if you're so eager to do stuff" and he's always given a pretty solid yes. We live a good distance away from each other, but haven't had chance to see each other since, and then today he dropped the bomb of him going out on a date. A whole ass week of flirting and talking about having some fun over at my house, and then... this. Now he is open to poly relationships, and I'm also not opposed, but it just feels like it's gone to "Oh yeah I've just been playing you so we could sext (were both legally old enough to do so for full disclosure) and now I've found someone who I have feelings for so I'm just gonna go ahead and leave you alone". It's been some time since I've been in a relationship and I'm looking to be in one when the opportunity arises as I have been craving the attention and back and forth affection. I don't want to complain to him as Ted honestly has been through some shit as of late, and this guy does sound really sweet, but I feel like he's just toyed around with me while horny and then gone and just left me in the dust. I'm also autistic which doesn't help with deciphering these things and he knows that. Ted means a lot to me and I don't want to loose him, but I also don't want for a one sided "I'll take your attention now until I'm in a real relationship" scenario. Please help me understand this.

2025.01.18 23:15 Savings_Peace923 Do you believe Fred West’s disclosure that most of his victims were killed by Rose while he was at work?

In ROSE WEST: The Making of a Monster, Jane Carter Woodrow refers to claims that the murders perpetrated by the Wests were the result of ‘sex sessions getting out of hand’. More specifically she refers to several admissions Fred made to Janet Leach concerning Rose’s involvement in the murders.
During these admissions Fred refers to the murders as ‘Rose’s mistakes’ committed while he was at work. Fred also made several admissions to Howard Ogden concerning Rose’s use of a vibrator twelve inches long and four inches across, it was with implement that according to Fred she killed many of the victims via rupture.
The conversation taken from Woodrow’s text is as follows:
‘Vibrator. Pushed in with Rose’s foot; that big bastard.’ She did so much damage to them with that, that she had to fucking kill them.’ ‘Obviously she bound their mouths up with that fucking tape around their gobs… she’s push the vibrator in as far as she could… and then get hold of their legs and just push it in with her foot’.
Presuming West was telling the truth, a virtue he was not known for, could there be an element of truth in his statements? Could Rose have managed to control a victim alone over the course of a day?

2025.01.18 23:15 testimoni I created a website entirely using o1 pro in a couple of days

Hi everyone,
I’ve been using o1 pro for almost two months now, and it’s been an incredible experience. It’s so good that I can’t imagine going back to other models.
While working with o1 pro, I met a friend who was also using it for his projects. It made me realize how much these AI models are becoming a part of our lives.
That got me thinking—what if there was a platform to showcase projects and apps created with AI models like LLMs?
A place where people could share their apps, how they built them, the prompts they used, the challenges they faced, and even which tools or editors they relied on.
I discussed this idea with o1 pro and shared some screenshots to explain what I had in mind.
It suggested using Supabase with React.
I had never used Supabase before, but o1 pro guided me through all the steps.
In just a couple of days, we built a web app called WeUseLLM.com—a platform where people can discover what others are creating with AI and share their own projects.
o1 pro wrote all the code: every page, the Supabase integration, Google authentication, account management—everything. It’s crazy to think that I was able to create an entire app in just days, something I could never have done alone.
I just wanted to share my story, and I hope it inspires others to explore what’s possible with AI.

2025.01.18 23:15 1-throwaway-2 [25/M] #UK/Online - tatted and pierced, autistic nerd looking for someone to care for and give my attention to!

Hi! Thank you for clicking on my post and thank you for reading it (if you do 😂) firstly I’ll introduce myself 😌 I’m 25, I’m from the uk so have an accent if that’s your thing, I do have a few piercings and tattoos, a short beard and longish hair! I’m not fat or overweight…somewhat slim but also not? I guess a dad bod would probably be the best term 🤣 I am autistic but not majorly! Just a few odd traits! And I say nerd due to my love for gaming, Pokemon, Lego, yugioh and so on 💀 my other hobbies would be that I can cook! I LOVE cooking, homemade food just hits different! I also write occasionally, mainly spicy stuff and I also play guitar, mainly metal and rock music! I’m a former emo 😆 other things to know…I have a few mental health issues but they are managed (to a degree) I’m mentioning this because 1. It’s important you know but 2. If you have any yourself I’ll understand and I’d be happy to give you any extra attention and reassurance you need!
In terms of what I’m like emotionally…I’d say I’m a very caring person (I’m a DD…if you know you know 😂) I love giving my person my time and attention, reassurance and love! I love sharing selfies and voice messages, calls and so on! I also love reading my person to sleep so if that’s something you enjoy then I’d be happy to!
As for you…I have no preference on race or weight or height or if itll be a LDR or anything like that! Just be of legal age and be yourself! Message me an introduction of yourself, tell me your age, what you enjoy, what you’re looking for and so on! I hope to hear from you soon, wherever you may be

2025.01.18 23:15 bruxnos Question About Event & Weather For Tomorrow

Hey guys! My girlfriend and I were planning on driving up to Lancaster from Baltimore, Maryland for the Dancing With the Stars tour at the American Music Theatre. The show is tomorrow. However, I’m looking at weather reports and see that Lancaster is under a winter storm warning. Baltimore currently has an advisory.
Our original plan was to start our drive at around noonish/1 pm tomorrow. I’m becoming a bit worried because of the snow fall. My question is that would the drive from Baltimore to Lancaster be considered dangerous in this type of weather? How are Pennsylvania roads during snow? What should we expect?
I know this may seem silly of me to ask but I’m just a bit on edge because of the weather 😅. Thanks guys!
