I don’t think I’ve gained but still have weight (probably about another 30 or so) I want to lose especially before some upcoming events in the late spring /summefall. I am an apprentice architect and this coming March 4, mag-1 year na ako sa diversified training ko. So Isang taon nalang, pwede na akong magboard. But the thing is, something inside me is telling me to quit.
Currently nagwowork po ako sa isang developer company. Okay naman ang work environment, very supportive and hands-on ang mga heads and mentors ko. Salary naman is enough for me to survive while also providing for my family (breadwinner po ako dahil panganay ako). But everyday drains me. To the point na hirap na akong buhatin yung katawan ko sa umaga para lang pumasok. Araw araw akong nagkakaroon ng anxiety attack while at work. Gusto ko nang sumuko. Wala na akong gana unlike before. Wala na yung enthusiasm ko sa architecture.
Last night I had a talk with myself. Talagang inisip ko ano bang problema sakin. And I came up with these 2 major conclusions; I think hindi ko na kinakaya yung pressure and expectations since I cannot afford to fail as I am my family's last chance of having a decent life. Then, I think hindi na ako satisfied sa current work experience ko dahilan kaya lagi akong frustrated.
I am considering na lumipat ng trabaho, sa design firm naman. But the thought of starting over again terrifies me. Not to mention na hanggang ngayon (until August this year) ay magbabayad pa rin ako ng utang na ginastos ko para lang makuha tong trabaho na ito. I did look for a new job pero sa probinsya lang namin. But the thing is, with the current provincial rate na salary na inoffer nila sakin, hindi sya sapat para mabuhay ako at buhayin ko ang mga kapatid ko. Manila is never a choice for me naman. I can't afford to live in a place na ang taas ng cost of living. Another thing po, natatakot ako magstart from scratch again. It took me 6 months dati bago na hire. Pag nagresign ako sa current work ko, walang assurance na makakahanap agad ako ng trabaho na may decent na offer, considering my current skills. Talagang napagiiwanan na po ako. AutoCad, SketchUp, Lumion lang Ako familiar. Pero sa mga job qualifications may Revit, Photoshop, ArchiCad, etc na nakalagay kaya napanghihinaan ako ng loob.
What should I do.?! Walang proper direction itong buhay ko. I am no longer sure if I'm still on the right track.
I need some advice lang po. Wala akong mapagkwentuhan since my friend turned their backs on me. Ang magisa lang ako.
I don't want to quit. But my will power says otherwise. 😭

Hello everyone, I was recently diagnosed with Asperger's at 22 years old, and I also have an IQ of 81. In this case, what do you recommend? I've seen that IQ can't be increased and that it depends entirely on genetics. But, being fatalistic, this seems like the best way I can find to live a somewhat decent life, so to speak.
What do you recommend I do to see if it's possible to increase my IQ? I'm not handsome, rich, or athletic, and on top of that, I have autism—not to mention that I was born in an environment where people are anything but smart.
That being said, what would you recommend, considering I lack all of this?
