Like, you ever be about to go into that deep sleep but then your body does that weird fake falling thing and then you're suddenly awake?
What causes that? Is it more so a brain/neurological thing or a body thing? Because it also feels like I'm having a heart attack. Why does this happen and what causes the fake falling sensation?

New to Poe, been playing This one for a while just freeballing until I could get the hang of things. I still don’t lol, but I do feel like i understand enough mostly to follow a build guide. I’m a lvl 72 invoked build and I’m following a build guide I found online, but one of the support skills he’s calling for I can’t find - Spell Cascade - any ideas? Or links to a build guide they prefer? Been playing using lightning and mostly storm wave and falling thunder, but that’s pretty well devolved into just storm wave as I don’t survive well if I don’t keep my distance. We unboxed and assembled our Cradlewise yesterday. I bought this in a state of sleep deprivation for our 3 month old who is slowly growing out of colic and has never been a great sleeper.
He was screaming for hours during assembly and when the app prompted for the baby to be placed in the crib to get accustomed to his sounds, I laughed out loud. It was definitely going to know what he sounded like 😂
We placed him in the crib and within minutes he settled down! He didn’t fall asleep but was just chilling checking out his new space. Last night, the crib gave him 10 soothes. That was 8 times we did not have intervene and he fell back asleep on his own.
This is an incredible product and I wish I wouldn’t have scoffed at the price when I was pregnant. My husband said it was the best purchase we’ve made in our ten years together!

I need some help with removing this mental block I’ve had these past few weeks. A year or two back with one girl I couldn’t get it up at all and it was pretty embarrassing then everything really ended right after it like a one night stand that didn’t happen. Now with someone else I’m having a similar issue. The first few times I couldn’t get it up so I just gave instead of receiving but the last two I would get it up and then it would go down when she is holding it, or yesteray while I was doing it. It’s pretty embarrassing and it’s all mental cause the whole time In the back of my head I have the thoughts “is it fully up?” “What if it goes down?” And I try to think of other stuff but it still staying in the back and now that’s two times where it’s gone down and it’s pretty deflating honestly and even doctor said it’s all mental, I’m only 20. I need some help and if others have experienced this and what they did do best the mental blocks. The worst of it was the last where it went soft while I was in it. Please help.
