I'm new to IF and started slowly with 12 hours fast and since last couple of weeks I'm off due to festivals,
I have couple of questions targeted to indian audience.
Drinks during fast :
I can sustain with a 16 hour fast just by consuming a milk based ginger chai , Since Milk based teas with sugar breaks the fast , Looking for suggestions for my morning drinks, I tried black coffee with instant coffee pouches but cannot handle the taste !
Breaking Fast:
I generally eat carbs based meal (mostly rice and a homemade curry) but feeling nauseous after my first meal and I try to incorporate some form of protein still craving for sugar and feeling hungry!
Can you suggest good meals to break the fast!

The utilities tab makes the spells almost completely transparent up to a point I can't really see which ones I'm looking at. This only happens when they're available. I tried changing this but there are so many triggers and conditions I couldn't figure out which one is doing this. My mom is an amazing, person, warm, kind, generous and needs alit of encouragement to do things, my dad is the complete opposite; a great provider, but can only truly feel comfortable in a scenario when everything depends on him, fiercely independent, hurt from his childhood, and unable to form personal relationships with people most closest to him.
It sucks to watch him take out his frustrations on my mom, my mom is super smart; a mathematician, and it sucks watch her being broken down... She's also naturally shy/ avoidant, because of an abusive father growing up. It sucks that she has to undergo this abuse later as a grownup. My heart breaks for her 💔

The spell Gonar’s Greed comes from Odin and I’d like it if someone could port the spell as a standalone mod. Similar to how Ocato’s Recital was ported as a standalone mod from Apocalypse. Gonar’s Greed is a spell that has an AOE effect that picks up all loot from dead enemies in a radius around the player. Very useful to have but I just don’t like having to download a whole spell pack for one spell.

I'm located in the USA so I'm trying to figure out how to change the country that's tiee to my account from China to USA. The edit option is greyed out in my profile (both on the App and on desktop).
