I have a question regarding this 2021 AudiQ3 45 Progressiv I am looking to buy, the dealership suggested getting these winter wheels, but they cost an arm and a leg, reference is:
Audi Q3 Wheel, 5-arm secare - black, 6.5Jx17, winter tire 215/65 R17 99H
I found these used in tip-top shape in Marketplace:
19” 5x112mm Audi OEM wheels / brand new 235/35R19 winter tires
I am wondering if they'll fit on the Audi and if there's any compatibility issue. Also, will there be any impact on performance, safety etc…

Sorry for the long post! TLDR: I have EXTREME pain during periods. Want a hysterectomy and have surgical proof that I do not have fibroids, endo, adeno, or any other reason for the extreme pain. Is this a case of a bad uterus or something else? 29F (almost 30) and have been told no to a hysterectomy for years. Is a yes in my future?
So, the title is pretty much my question. I'm 29, a couple weeks from 30. I've had painful periods from my very first one. Seriously. I vividly remember rocking back and forth in the fetal position on the floor of my mom's work at 9/10 years old during my first period. The pain was so severe, I didn't go to school for several days.
The pain has never gotten better. If anything, only more severe. I have a looooong history of abusing ibuprofen during my period. 600/800mg every 2-3 hours for 2-7 days(my periods never are consistent on length). The problem is, I HAVE to take that much in order to function. I promise it's not to self harm or anything like that, I just want to be able to think straight while I'm on my period. I've had to go to the ER many a time over the years when the pain is just too much for me and a sufficient dose of fentanyl, morphine, or oxy only diminishes the pain for an hour or two. And none of them have ever eliminated the pain completely.
With the over using of ibuprofen I have caused many stomach ulcers. Combine stomach ulcers and a misbehaving gallbladder--I had to have my gallbladder removed the middle of last year, found out I had multiple gall stones blocking my ducts--and my GI system has been a complete mess. During all of those ER visits for cramping, they found a paraovarian cyst hanging out behind my uterus. No OB would even consider surgery to remove the cyst until it reached a 7/8cm diameter, took almost a year to get to that size, but I finally got someone to say yes to surgery to remove the cyst. Before the surgery, I had been open with my surgeon about my desire for a hysterectomy. I have been to at least 4 docs in the past year and I haven't been able to get a single one to even consider a hysterectomy.
Since she was aware of my desire to remove my uterus, I asked her if she could take the time to examine all of my reproductive organs and surrounding tissues. See if she saw fibroids, endo, adeno, anything to explain my extreme pain. They looked and saw nothing. No explanation for the severe pain.
I have a history of high platelets, low iron, low vitamin d, heavy bleeding during periods, passing large clots, nausea, back and chest pain, cramping pain that radiates down to my toes during my periods, stabbing pains in my ovaries, bloating, GI cramping (not constipation), and the absolute debilitating pain. I have been diagnosed with POTS and I am looking for more answers on other ongoing issues. I believe those issues could include EDS, MCAS, ME/CFS, and Diverticulitis. I have tests that have supported all of these conditions, but just haven't sought out to get any of these diagnosed yet. POTS was diagnosed early last year and it's been a whirlwind just figuring things out on that side of symptoms.
My cyst surgery was last week and now that I know that they found no evidence of other conditions that may explain my severe period pain, I am going to full heartedly push my surgeon to do my hysterectomy. With so many people here that have experience fighting for their surgeries, is there any other reason that I could be having all of these issues in relation to my period or is this a case of a bad uterus and ovaries? I'm at the end of my rope dealing with this pain and I want to know if there are any other possible solutions. Mind you, I WANT a hysterectomy, but if the surgeon is still saying no, what are my options? I have looked into uterine ablation, but it seems like it's probably not worth going down that lane (though, not sure).
And yes, I am aware of birth control. No, I an not on it. I have severe allergies to medications and the allergies can come on suddenly, even when I've had no problems with the medication in the past. On top of my fear of allergic reactions, multiple conditions I most likely have can react badly to birth control. And unless the birth control can 100% guarantee that I won't bleeding or cramp or feel pain, I have zero desire to try any. I know that a magic pill does not exist.
I want a hysterectomy sooooo badly, but I have a feeling I'm going to get a no. Again. Please give me some hope that a hysterectomy may be in my future and could actually help. If not, what are some suggestions? Thank you for any help!! 💚

Salaam everyone!
My application was rejected due to my green card being expired. However, I have a 48 month extension. Unfortunately, the expiration date on the card does not show the extension but I have the extension notice which serves as evidence of the extension.
When I uploaded the picture for proof of residence I included my green card + extension notice and I highlighted the key parts.
I still got rejected.
I put in a support ticket this morning but is there anything else I can do to get my application approved?
