These systems, centered around monolithic SQL databases, are not cloud-native and struggle to keep up with the demands of the digital age.Because the fundamental nature of ERP is On Line Transaction Processing (OLTP), the traditional row-based (instead of column-based one which suites for OLAP) Relational Data Base Management System (RDBMS) is still the best, if not only, choice for a best-of-breed ERP system. The imagined DBMS or data storage better than RDBMS is yet to be invented and discussed.
This means they don't fully utilize the benefits of cloud computing, such as scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency. They are simply lifting and shifting their old architecture to a new environment.While the definition of "cloud native" needs further discussions, PostERP backend server runs both as SaaS and on-premises and SaaS subscribers can switch to on-premises any time to minimize ERP backend operation costs.
Unlike all other cloud ERPs, the performance of PostERP cloud backend is transparent and predictable because each subscriber specifies the hardware server on which their PostERP server instance exclusively runs. This hardware server and network bandwidth is not shared with any noisy cloud neighbor.
The limitations of legacy ERP systems extend to their functionality, which remains rooted in outdated business processes.ERP engineers can not only customize cloud PostERP, but also build brand new ERP applications for their customers, who literally can be in any industry, to subscribe. This means that PostERP is also a PaaS cloud platform on which any ERP engineers with only PostgreSQL and basic accounting expertise can run their own SaaS ERP businesses.

I’ve concluded that the alignment of the mind and heart is an effective way to “manifest” and change beliefs. I’ve seen many people say to persist in the thoughts of your desired reality through any emotions.
I don’t know if this is what they’re talking about but I just want to mention it for confirmation. When a negative situation happens in my 3d I have to succumb to negative thoughts in order to feel the emotion. Then i’ll start to shift my perspective in my mind- my thing is, I feel like I neutralize my emotions too quickly, both happy and sad. I want to be able to cultivate emotions and feel them fully, but I’m confused on how people are feeling emotion in their body while thinking their desired thoughts. Is it what I’m doing already? where you take the moment of transition from negative to positive thoughts to align, just as long as you sort of give into negative thoughts to activate the emotion and then at a point decide to chose to think differently?
Anyways if anyone has clarity on how to cultivate genuine emotions and how to navigate emotions I would be so grateful 🤍♾️

I completely understand how much it sucks not being able to drive yourself places due to not having a license. On that note. There is an unlicensed 21 year old at my job who has somehow mastered the art of saying the exact things to get me to give her rides at 0 cost and I know it's my fault for caving in but I recently found out she's been lying about her boyfriend having a flat tire and not being able to pick her up. Apparently she said the same thing to another coworker the other day, and bribed a ride out of them. Whether it's true or not, she gives no has money and also shitty company if Im being honest. I paid $15 for an uber for her at work because she wanted to leave early and couldn't afford it. Im putting my foot down after this. No more rides. And management expects me to wait for her after my shifts so she isn't alone but I don't think I'm fucking going to?

 | Hi RVers, I’ve been accepted into an electrical apprenticeship in PNW and I’ll be moving there from east coast in a couple of weeks. I’ve been contemplating about going RV instead of renting a room (whole apartment is out of question because of prices, e.g. 1 bed ~ $2000+). While looking for a room on marketplace I came across this RV, and the price seems reasonable, especially if I can stay in it 2-3 years while I save up. I’m a complete noob on everything about RV living so I have a couple of questions but please feel free to offer whatever advice you think is suitable. Is this a good deal? Do you know any thing about this Ford model, if so are they reliable mechanically? What would living full time on an RV entail? Can you think of some pros and cons versus living in a shared house with shared bathroom & kitchen? Do you drive your RV everywhere you need to go or you just also have a car? Say I need to go to a client to do some side work, I feel it would be weird pulling up on an RV. 😅 How do electricity, heating, water, and sewer (water waste) work? So I've been playing Sky for about a month and love the game! I've made a few friends and the community is wonderful, but with the latest update I keep seeing people say Sky is now dead?? With all the glitches I keep hearing about, can I still stay in contact with my friends? What is even going on?? Do these glitches happen often, making the game almost unplayable? I'd hate to quit. Did I just start at a bad time? Sorry if I'm overreacting, just a new and very confused moth that has no idea what's going on.
