2025.01.19 08:32 ixxxo Any way to prevent windows switching to active monitor if I turn off one of them?
I've got two displays, sometimes I need something to run longer into night, I schedule shutdown and I'd like to manually (or even better automatically!) turn of the monitors or one of them only. Problem is, if I turn off my e.g. primary monitor, all apps/windows automatically switch to active monitor which is not what I'd prefer.
I googled and checked settings and Tweaks but didn't find anything relevant. Any tips?

I come from WordPress background. I can't code. But I make a living through building WP based websites for small businesses.
Now, thanks to the WP drama, I've been exploring Drupal... But it seems Drupal is quite different from Wordpress. So before proceeding further, I need to know:
- Does Drupal have a predictable backend. I can see every version comes with lots and lots of changes. When Wordpress switched over to Gutenberg from Classic, people could still use Classic - everything was backwards compatible - the UI remained more or less the same. What's the case with Drupal in this regard.
- Can someone who doesnt know coding, use Drupal to build websites thay businesses will use.
- After installing Drupal through cPanel / Softaculous, what to do? I mean literally, what to do. Do I download plugins? Do I need to do something with, I don't know, composer?

My Apple TV 4K was working fine until the last update, after which it started showing a continuous blinking light. I tried everything to fix it, but had to take it to the Apple service center. They charged me ₹2800 and returned it after three days, and it worked again. However, a week later, the same issue returned. When I took it back to service center, they said I needed to replace the motherboard for ₹21,800, even though a new one costs ₹15,000. I asked if they could apply my ₹2800 towards a new unit, but they said I’d still need to pay ₹19,000. It feels like Apple intentionally caused a software glitch to make the product unusable, pushing customers to buy new ones.

The world is post-apocalyptic, but I still find it a little hard to swallow that only North America survived. We are told that there's nowhere other than Panem, but of course that's what Katniss has been told, she doesn't know any better.
Does anyone have any evidence in the books that there is/isn't a world outside that maybe I'm missing?
Personally the only thing I have is that I find it weird that they left District 13 to manufacture nukes. Why would they need nukes?? They FIREBOMBED the districts, and if you wanted nukes to use internally WHY would you leave them in the hands of the people you're oppressing and intending to use them on?
Further point, they hid the true purpose of 13, claiming they were mining for graphite. Why lie? Surely it would strike fear in the districts that they could be destroyed so easily? Unless they felt that the people of panem would realise that they wouldn't need these weapons unless there was someone else out there?

I live in Denmark and would like to support brands as local as possible (or at least in the EU) to reduce the shipping/transport emissions as well.
Due to my rosacea, I avoid fragrance like the plaque.
