I have been on the outboard websites but none of the serial numbers match with the first number and when I search it it says it isn’t found. I believe it’s a 2 stroke? Step 3 score: 204
Uworld: average 52% with 60% completed.
NBME: did not do. I wish I did since I went over some of the offline questions after the exam and felt they were very similar to the 2nd day.
Free 137: 68% on the day before the actual exam. 2nd day is very similar to this.
Ccs cases: 79% average. Redo all the lows < 70%
Advise: i spent 2 hrs going over first aid pharm from step 1 the night before the exam which helped me got quite a few number of drug questions. Do not just memorize the formula for biostat. It's alot trickier than that. If you have to guess drug ads and biostat questions, I suggest you master the CCS part. It is 25% of the test and can pull your score up. CCS can make break or make you.

Usually when I've certified in the past, it would show "Paid" immediately after, however it's been stuck as pending for both weeks since I certified right at 12 AM PST.
On the status page, I do not see anything which would indicate that there's an issue, so I am curious if anyone else is also having this issue.

Hello, I downloaded the EB2 mod 4 days ago, using the version 2.4 instructions, minus one step. I downloaded to my normal program files. The game worked for a few hours, but I started to experience crashes when leaving most battles, as well as random areas of the campaign map. I thought that maybe I installed something wrong, so I started over, removed everything, made a new drive, and followed the instructions on TW and Moddb, as well as some YouTube videos. I have not successfully launched the game since then. I am starting to wonder if the instructions only help with downloading the previous versions. Does anyone have an updated guide?
-My most recent attempts have all stated the medieval executable is missing, but I see it in the folder.

Problem/Goal: My BF (27) and I (24) are not active anymore in sex. The last time we had sex was last year December 2nd week. I tried initiating but he just said "wala ako sa mood" and ofc as a Gf, I respect that having boundaries. He also mentioned na maybe may problem sa health niya. I felt disrespected, the fact na we are in the same house (live in) I'm not against watching porn naman but it's affecting our relationship.

Now I'm considering breaking up with him because he cannot see this as a problem at wala daw siyang ginagawang masama. Valid ba tong reason ko to break up?

My game is unplayable. Ive lost hours and hours of progress and now my game does not want to save. Not auto save nor does returning to the title screen work. Im really enjoying the game but it’s unplayable. I keep on getting the same error message but I dont know how to fix it “World data autosave failed”
I play on xbox series s and i do have a external hard drive but I doubt thats the problem since its only Palworld that is giving problems.
