 | The plants are maybe a month old and have 14h light in a tent. Temperature is at it's lowest 18 °C and at max 31 °C Four of them got the aphids and four didn't. I'm not fertilizing at the moment. The pots are pretty small and I repotted them about two weeks ago out of the little things I put the semen in. I'm watering everytime tge soil is a thimb deep dry. I usually lease my beats from YouTube and recently I've become more worried about copyright due to finding out about Sony sued an independent artist 800K for his track containing an uncleared sample.
I have tracks up that use samples as well and I understand that my streams aren't near high enough to be on their radar so l got nothing to worry about for now. I know the streams will come eventually though so I'm just looking to stay ahead of the curve.
Let me know if y'all got any suggestions! How do y'all identify your samples when they're not listed or do y'all just go straight to the producer? (which is what l've been doing) Any there known websites that can do this? Appreciate y'all!

I just accepted an offer in a hard to staff area as a manager. I’ve never been a manager before but I’m told by the DM the staff will support me and the staff pharmacist is really good as in she does a lot of PIC roles but doesn’t want to be formally PIC. I love the area I enjoy rural my experience is 1 year at a busy independent.
Now I just got an offer at the worst time for a staff pharmacist job that is almost at the pay rate of PIC at CVs and it comes with a yearly bonus and this is a staff position. This is in a ghetto area but the benefits are great.
Any advice from new grads who took a manager role would be appreciated.
