2025.01.19 11:31 sooyaaaji10 IEMs less than $200 with similar graph to the zero red with 10 ohm adapter
I've been messing around with my aful explorer, trying to autoeq it to different IEMs then I tried to autoeq it to the softears studio 4 and holyy the female vocals sounded so good and the overall sound just sounded clean but I wanted a bit more rumble so I tweaked it on the subbass region. While listening, I was thinking that this sound signature is kinda familiar. I had the zero red for a day but sold it because it just wouldn't fit me. The shells fit my ear but the nozzles were too wide. I tried to put up the zero red graph and realized it had a very similar graph to the studio 4. Then I added the zero red graph with 10 ohm adapter and voila, the sub bass region graph overlaps with the tweaks I just made. So yeah right now I'm basically looking for a zero red upgrade with nozzle width below 6mm. Also with a 6k dip.

Hey guys, I've had my share of warts in my life and a year ago my son also had a wart on his foot. Back then we applied some salicylic acid stickers for 2 weeks and the wart was gone. Yesterday, my son said he had this weird thing on his breast/nipple and I immediately said "Oh, yeah, this is a wart!". So we started with the salicylic acid stickers again but this morning we took it off and it kind of looked weird, not like a wart at all. What do you guys think? Is it a wart or just an infected/misbehaving gland?

 | The offending passage I'm currently learning Kreisleriana, and one part I'm stuck in is this coda to the third movement. The most annoying part is the overlap between the left and right hand, and at one point you have to quickly switch the order of the hands on the keys. However when I practice this passage I inevitably start feeling tension in my forearm after a few repetitions. Since everyone's going to run into this once they've owned a Zojirushi water boiler long enough I thought I'd do a post on how to identify it. What happens is that the lid is being exposed to hot steam over long periods of time, which means that over time the plastic goes brittle and starts breaking up and/or the metal parts corrode. The telltale signs of lid rot are that the water tastes metallic and that you find white plastic flakes in the water. It can take anything from 8-10 years, possibly even longer, before the lid fails.
The photos are of a 10-year-old lid that's succumbed to lid rot. The first photo has the screws for the metal plate removed to show a significant amount of corrosion around the bottom screw. This will give the water a metallic taste.

The second photo shows that the plastic around the edge of the lid has disintegrated, this is with all the loose matter brushed off. You'll notice this because there'll be white flecks of plastic in the water.

The third photo shows the inside of the lid with the metal plate removed. The plastic around the vent area has disintegrated completely, and the surrounding plastic is brittle and starting to fail as well.

Annoyingly, Zojirushi seem unable to provide replacement lids for these water boilers. Can anyone from Japan confirm whether they're available there, so whether it's a supply-chain problem getting them outside Japan or whether it affects everyone?

15 boxes become 7. Number of items for each box becomes less. The 350k gold and 500 (?) tower coins for towe completion every day is also gone.
It is also heard arena will be much harder and rewards for arena, grand arena and dungeon will get less.
I've spent likely $200, and some time every day for half a year to build my team. Maybe it's just a small amount of money and time compared to some other players, and not satisfying Nexters' profit demand from every player, but I still feel being deprived.
This is a bad start. Very frustrated.
