Hello! I'm going to call myself Bill and the other guy Joe. My family and I were at a family function hosted by Joe's family. To give some background information, Joe and I are not close, he and I had hung out a handful of times before the incident and that was about it. At the function, the dads separated from the moms, along with the dads the boys joined in the garage which included myself, Joe, and a few other guys. I would also like to mention that my dad and Joe's dad were also in the garage. As soon as we entered the garage, Joe came up to me and made a poking-like gesture towards my stomach, I don't know what his goal was I am assuming it was to make me flinch for some reason. I laughed it off and replied with "Woah you almost got knocked out" I said this jokingly, because I flinched, and the tone of my voice was not threatening at all, I said it while laughing, besides how I said it, I am a 20-year-old guy who weighs about 130 lbs, Joe is older than me and has significantly more weight on him, anyone looking at the two of us would assume Joe would eat me. If you still think this could have been taken as an insult or a threat, the way I said it was almost identical to Kevin Hart joking with Floryd Mayweather in that ice bath video ( sorry for the weird reference that's just what came to mind).
A few minutes went by, and Joe found an excuse to separate me from the rest into a room upstairs. I went along figuring he needed help with something, but what he ended up doing was asking "Are you good, you're talking weird, is everything ok" I was confused because I had forgotten everything already, he then closed the door to the room, comes awkwardly close to my face, almost touching chest to chest and said "you have to watch how you say things" I replied with " you didn't think it was a joke?" and he said he knew I was joking but I still had to be careful, I didn't apologize because I did not believe I said anything wrong, I just turned around and walked out stunned by what happened. As mentioned before, my dad was with me in the garage, he heard what I said to Joe and didn't think much of it, growing up my dad was strictly against insulting people for no reason, so the fact that he did not say anything nor did Joe's dad, Joe's reaction seemed uncalled for. Everyone saw what happened in the garage, most people ignored it because nothing happened and a few guys giggled because it was just a dumb interaction.
This happened a few months ago, I am still ashamed of myself for not standing up for myself. I have seen Joe a couple of times, but outside of a hello, I just avoid him which makes me feel even worse because I think I should at least say something. Nobody knows about what he did which makes me all the more mad. Lastly, I have seen people bigger than Joe say things worse than I have and Joe laughed, which is why I question if he was standing up for himself or being a bully. How can I be more outwards with my thoughts in heated moments? I feel like when he was scolding me I was so mad and shocked I couldn't get words out of my mouth, I hate being in pointless confrontations and I clam up when I should just defend myself. Thank you for any input!

I'm currently using Airtel 100mbps and it constantly has issues regarding slow internet. The speed keeps dropping to 1-5 mbps. It is restored after i raise a complaint but the issue is being too frequent nowadays and I'm thinking about switching. I earlier had Excitel but switched to Airtel due to customer service problems. But now I'm hearing that excitel has improved a lot so I'm considering it as well.
Which provider do you use and how is it in the area (considering speed, response to complaints, network issues)?

My favourite go-to bronzer has been discontinued, as have many of my staples this past year 😢
Can anyone recommend a matte, powdered bronzer similar to this? (preferably one that doesn't cost over £30, and even better if its less than £20)
I've read many reddit forums about ELF's powder, but then also many negative reviews on stockist websites. Revolution doesn't appear to have a colour that matches the warmth of NYX and I am desperately struggling.
Please, make-up gurus, help!

I was practicing this for solo concert in Mäntyharju and decided to make a video of it. Unfortunately clouds arrived in front of the sun and the guitar player is quite "shadowed". I used Zoom h6 mic that I hid in front of me to the blueberry bushes.

2025.01.19 08:58 mrk240 Thinking S205 C63S but RMS/oil separator issue has me spooked
In the process of planning the upgrade path for our Mazda 6 Wagon and I've been eyeing off most likely a FL S205 C63S sometime next year.
Everything I've reading was they're generally reliable except for the ediff and the build quality being hit or miss.
Until I came across the RMS issue that could be a ticking time bomb for all M177's.
What is the general consensus on this? Is it really that bad?
I was burnt with an unreliable 335i DCT a number of years ago, even thorough I expected a more comprehensive maintenance regime, it just got silly in the end.

2025.01.19 08:58 wahsac I just lost my senior cat tonight. Now my younger one is having an emergency.
My senior cat had cancer. He was euthanized peacefully in my arms. My other cat came too for my emotional support. I have been trying to get her in for (most likely a) UTI and haven't had much luck. When I got home, she had peed out bright red blood onto the white blanket. I am on my way back to the vet right now, but I only have enough to get her in. I was told that if it's a UTI, her care would range from approximately $500-$1000. I have $200 to my name and I am willing to spend every penny of it on her but I desperately need help to get her in. I am so scared to loose her. I have gone through 3 deaths in a month (my uncle, my fish, now my senior cat) and I absolutely cannot loose her too. She is my whole world and I just want her to be okay
