Figured if I was ever to collect Chaos it would be the night lords. I found painting this guy up incredibly enjoyable. Followed Darcy Bono's night lords tutorial on using a contrast paint method and I really like the result I achieved on the blue metallic armour in particular. N.b. apparently Chaos lords are pretty popular models to post on this sub. NOTE: Keep in mind I have had no training with this and never really got much/any virtual or in real life training for these situations and I am only 15 years old
I work in the front department and was in self serve today, and this lady had a paper bag that ripped which had a apple sauce jar fall out and smashed on the ground, where I tried to get my supervisor to call somebody to help me clean it up and get a dustpan and brush for the broken bits of glass everywhere, she didn't do anything, telling me to clean it up and didn't get a dust pan and brush after asking a few times, the lady who dropped the jar helped me clean it up as I moved the bin to where we were, got some paper towel and tried to get as much as I could, I closed the 3 card lanes around the area and later asked a team member who came by if she could get me a trolley and and another team member if they could get a dust pan and brush, when I blocked off the lanes and the area with a big trolley, in about a minute the supervisor got very very angry and she has some mental problems and took it out on me and told me to open the lanes, which I didn't but she opened them about 30 seconds later and moved the trolley and told me people need to have their shoes on in here and if they stepped on it, it was there problem so I warned every customer and tried to sweep up the little bits but I couldn't guarantee they were gone, which later I had my break and told the girl who took over from me to warn customers but I already know it was forgotten about after that.
Should I speak to speakup, talk to somebody in my store about it? I don't think they will take much/any action on it if I tell them in my store as we only have so many supervisors but I don't think the supervisor who did this can mentally handle when there is a problem, as seen in this example, she freaked out especially because it was going to get a bit busy even though we had 2 or 3 checkouts open and the express lane.

2025.01.19 10:18 Mcgoo-ish I want to make my video, but the stress is preventing me from finishing
I have been working on a video for almost 2 months now. Not exactly the highest quality, as I only started editing about a year ago, but I love editing and having fun while making what I would want people to see from me.
But as of recently, it’s been hard to really get into it. The more work I do, the more I want to do better. And I just simply can’t in that moment. I am a novice at editing, but my vision for my videos is always as if I was a godlike editor. And I know that’s not a healthy mindset.
I get so overwhelmed with different things I want to do it because hard to focus and I just have to stop what I’m doing to calm down. I am setting these high expectations on myself for no reason. But I would love to have a nice, string flow of things I would want to work on to improve my video.
So basically, this whole novel was to ask what would you recommend working on if you were a novice at editing? What organized methods would you use? Would you make a list or do things one by one? Would you work on one thing until you completely master it?
I would love to hear any recommendations. I use Premiere Pro and also have experience in Da Vinci. Would love any advice for helping streamline workflow and understanding different editing methods!
