Hello, my brother was diagnosed with Borderline personality disorder since 2019, and he is 17 now. With each year, he's gotten noticeably worse. We live in an underdeveloped country so we could not get him the right treatment from the beginning but with time we were able to afford him with better care. He's tried so many types of therapy and medications, but almost nothing has proven its efficiency with him. He remains aimless, suicidal and delusional. He thinks everyone is judging him constantly and that he is worthless and he will never live out the expectations he has for himself. He also treats my mother and sibling horribly, always cursing and sometimes uses force when he feels like the person is not reacting the way he wants. He cannot keep any friendships and constantly cuts people off. He was hospitalized twice but nothing has worked until now. There was a brief period where a certain medication with a big dose helped him but he said it affected him negatively. What would you guys recommend? keep in mind that he has no discipline when it comes to therapy and always almost stops seeing his therapists. He is currently abroad about to start college but we are unsure if he will be able to start given his condition. What do we do? How do we set boundaries without hurting him and given his threats? any advice would be appreciated.

To aaj mera aiats tha , bilkul accha nhi gya ( less than 500) pehle 600+ ate the. Mai exam ke 3 din pehle padh nhi pata hu , almost zero , stress nhi jhela jata , but maybe it's because of the past fuckups in past 3 months I've done jo mujhe age badhne nhi dete.
And I'm gonna cover my backlog before 29 jan , at any cost , lekin uske baad , there are multiple tests jo maine miss kardiye due to all this ( 5 minor tests , 1 aiats , 1 nbts , 1 ft , 1 semi major ) when should I give all these , which ones should I prioritize ? I'll complete my syll by March mid so should I give these every 3-4 days to revise back portions ? Or should I give all these at once in a span of 5 days and move on ?

Hello,
I'm not an expert and I'd like to get a steering wheel worthy of the name and I'm on a PC. I had a logitech g29 and I have several possibilities with my budget a Thustmaster TS-XW at 418 € (with pedals and sparco steering wheel) or the new t598 at 499€. I was told also about the Monza R5 which I can get for around 480€.
I saw that the TS-XW was considered more solid and the T598 and the R5 have direct drive. What should I do?
Is it better to get a top of the range double belt or the entry level direct drive?
I would like to hear from someone who has had both.

Piccole considerazioni da fare: oltre all'America l'app è già illegale in Regno Unito, Canada, Australia, Taiwan, Nuova Zelanda, Pakistan, Indonesia e India; quasi tutte concordi sul fatto che si tratti di una minaccia a livello nazionale per privacy e spionaggio oltre al fatto che tutti sono concordi sul metodo meschino col quale lavora il suo algoritmo; oltretutto l'app è piena di content cinese nonostante gli stessi cinesi non rendono usufruibile la loro stessa app sul loro territorio.
Voglio tenere fuori dalla discussione eventuali commenti su come l'app abbia rovinato i giovani o come influisca negativamente su chi soffre di ADHD o FOMO o come ci siano canali di propaganda e disinformazione sull'app: questi problemi esistono anche su altre piattaforme come YouTube e Instagram.
Quindi secondo voi in Italia verrà bandita in un prossimo futuro? E applicazioni simili come Wish e Temu (che sono piene di scam ma la gente per qualche motivo continua ad usarle) faranno la stessa fine? Oppure si proporrà a livello europeo uno standard che se non rispettato impedisca di far apparire determinate app nello store? L

 | We've all done it…created our own versions of Beatles albums. I started out making cassette “mixtapes” (I am dating myself here!). Then advanced to burning CD’s when that tech became available. Finally, I had two or three iPods as those years came and went. To create our personal Beatles albums we switch out album tracks for non-album singles, B sides and EP songs. Sometimes, we may substitute alternate takes of songs for the originals. Purists may view this as blasphemy and I understand that position. I still listen to albums from start to finish all the time. I listen to Abbey Road at least once in a month. I also enjoy listening to my versions of albums as well…I can “drop the needle and play!” I had so much fun creating these…and all…my fan albums. And that’s what it’s all about, right? Fun! The albums will contain 14 tracks, as usual. I do my best to include 2 George songs and 1 Ringo song per album. My Hard Day’s Night

My 92-year-old father passed earlier this month. His last words to me were, "Son, take care of your mother." I take that seriously. While she really needs a walkewheelchair or assisted living, she's too stinkin' proud for the former and too impecunious for the latter. So I'm planning to split my time between her house and my own, five miles away. I'm currently working full time, but I'll probably be taking a leave of absence...possibly long-term if insurance or such will give any money for her care.
My first priority is to be able to have some kind of intercom system, preferably voice-activated, which Mom can use to call me if I'm out of earshot. I'd prefer it to be local and network based; I do NOT want to use Alexa or Google Assistant or similar and will not allow them in my house. I much prefer something such as Home Assistant, local and based around a Raspberry Pi.
Mom lives in a long and narrow "zero lot line" house; almost a shotgun house design, with an upstairs guest room and bathroom in the rear above the kitchen and garage. There's fairly good attic access and I'm able to run and terminate Cat 5e as necessary. Current Internet service is via 5g and Speedtest results are showing 14.4 download and 7.4 upload during an off (low traffic) hour. My home is also on 5g but consistently has much better speeds. Fiber and cable-based WAN are a possibility at my home, but fiber is not available where Mom lives.
I'm fairly tech-savvy and I have a multi-site Wireguard LAN set up between my home and hers using Mikrotik routers. I was looking at a full-on home automation system at my place, preferably using Home Assistant or similar. I'm willing to install one locally here at Mom's, as well. Budget at present is somewhat tight; I'd like to see what I could do for about $2k all-in for materials with DIY labor and set-up. I'm qualified to install electrical and networking components as needed. Turning to the community for initial ideas.
