So some background information that may or may not be relevant. I am on Suboxone 4mg daily, at the start of this maybe a bit more. Seroquel 50mg. When this started I was doing fasted keto.
I currently have worked out that I cannot drink anything besides water otherwise it intensifies it dramatically. I also cannot fast more than 12 hours
This problem I call 'the pee thing' started one night were I had to keep getting up to urinate, probably over 20 times, I just had this weird pressure and didn't get to sleep until after 3am. I thought I had anxiety as sometimes when I do that will happen but not to that extent. I have been through 2 doctors and a urologist and have had no help or idea with what's going on. My current symptoms are way less than when it started but are enough to be still effecting my mental health . Some symptoms used to happen in the day but mainly now in the night only . I have slept with a hot water bottle me st if the 2 years .
Symptoms (most of these start when I lay down to sleep) - pressure in the bladder area but only right before I try to sleep. - the feeling of needing to urinate - heart flutters, and a weird pulsing feeling through my body (sometimes) - as I fall asleep I get jolted awake by what feels to be urine going down my shaft. - some dull aches around bladder but rare.
Please someone help.

- If we kill the Hunter, does that mean he's gone for good and won't show up in any universe ever? Along similar lines, suppose we kill both The Emissary and The Hunter, they shouldn't show up in NG+ in whichever new universe we go to, right?
- In the end, the Starborn are just gatekeepers of who gets to go to different universes but then what? The Hunter just wants the artifacts for himself. He doesn't want others at Unity. The Emissary wants to be more selective about who reaches Unity but what exactly does going to a new universe even do? We're shown an example of how an artifact taught mankind how to use nav drives but the other artifacts we find do nothing of this sort?
2025.01.19 14:01 Palumbo_STN Cash bonus and utility workshop discount
I’m making about 10T per run (wave 7900 tier 10), can usually stop myself from getting demoted from legends but have yet to place high enough for keys (missed it by 4 waves this tournament).
I’m wondering if cash bonus lab would be worth a couple days investment to try and buy more els in tournament runs, and if utility workshop discount lab would be worth it to further upgrade ELS in between runs. Both labs are near zero at the moment so the first couple days in theory could be a decent increase, but mentally i can’t imagine the amount of that boost and if it would be worth it.
Currently I’m labbing lab speed (interchanging with attack speed every 10 levels or so), chrono reduction/range/duration, and coin/kill. I would likely replace chrono range and coin/kill temporarily. I usually run 4/4/4/3/3, sometimes 4/4/4/4/3 for speed boosts.

2025.01.19 14:01 g4b6e8c Very weird performance issue on Asus ROG Strix G733QS
Hello, my laptop's performance has been lower than expected. I have the model with NVIDIA RTX 3080 Laptop GPU, AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX, and 32GB of RAM, 300Hz Screen.
The issue is that in all of the games that I've played, the FPS hover around 80-150 or lower if it's a demanding AAA game. Even in non demanding games like League of Legends / Valorant / Marvel Rivals / random indie games. I play all these games in 1080p.
Now here's the weird thing. My GPU usage sits at around 40-60% and the CPU also sits at the 60% range. The thermals are okay: 50/70°C for the GPU and 70/80°C for the CPU while in game, so I'm pretty sure it isn't thermal throttling. The GPU and CPU usage seem low but nothing I did was able to fix it.
Another weird thing is that when I lower the graphics (literally everything to the lowest setting) on the games mentioned above, the average FPS and GPU/CPU usage aren't changing.
On 3DMark's time spy benchmark, I get a score of 9 713 (9 953 GPU, 8 549 CPU) which is on the lower end of the curve and the average is about 11 600.
I've tried reinstalling Windows, updated every driver and BIOS, rolled back GPU drivers, disabled HAGS and HPET, uninstalling armory crate and using G-Helper. FPS are uncapped, and I'm using the dGPU on every game. The issue persists and I cannot find what's causing this.
