Location: Damascus, Suburb of Assad Date: Thursday, January 16, 2025 Incident: A group of five individuals affiliated with General Security visited a house in Island C of the Assad suburb and informed the family that the property had been confiscated, instructing them to vacate. The family presented ownership documents and purchase contracts dating back to 2000. Multiple individuals were called "Sheikh," leading to delays and evasions.
No public security officials were known in the suburb. By Sunday, they encountered a sheik named Abu Riad at the house, who confirmed that the property had indeed been confiscated and advised them to file a complaint with the court. The house's owner is a civilian pensioner and has not been involved in armed activities during the crisis.

I'm a new-ish player, today I saw a fancy looking horse that Id never seen before pop up in the sales for 10 passes, so I mashed my mouse to buy the cute pink horse before anybody else could - it has the item Animated avatar coat, which i've never seen before. Since I cant filter for this item in the Market, I thought I would ask here how much that horse is worth in EQ just off of that item.
Also there seem to be many items that exist but you cannot filter for them in the market, is there any way to find horses for sale with these items otherwise? thanks

Hi,
I’m going to be replacing an ancient wood fence in my backyard that has failed.
I’m debating between steel and wood posts. I like the strength of steel, but you have to do extra trim to cover the post masters, and gates seem a little trickier.
So I was thinking of wood posts but to use one of those Simpson strong ties that anchors into the concrete footing so that the actual wood post is sitting a few inches above ground level.
Does anybody do that? Any anecdotes on failure? Is this a good idea or bad idea? Cost isn’t too much of a factor since this is my home and it’s one and done.

 | Hi, folks, I've come for help. I bought a Glock 20 Gen5. I've only had a chance to shoot it once due to weather and work schedule, I ran 3 mags of 200gr PMC Bronze through it. The first two mags had a single failure to feed each, third mag ran perfectly, which I'd attribute to breaking in. What concerns me more is the scratching and... I guess crimping(?) of the casing on the chambered round it's developed (Federal Punch 200gr JHP). In the pictures here, you can see it's made some small dents in the casing. I don't know if this is normal for a G20, or 10mm, or if something isn't right. I just don't remember any of my 9mm's doing this, but maybe I wasn't looking closely enough. The ages in this season are so odd to me! Everyone who came back from the UK seasons should be older than they're stated to be, relative to their ages in their original seasons!
In LITG/in universe time (which FB should've used!):
- It's been four years since season 5, so Kat should be 26 (22 in s5), Eddie should be 29 (25 in s5), and Finn should be 30 (26 in s5).
- It's been five years since season 4, so Kelly should be 31 (26 in s4).
- It's been three years since season 6, so Marshall should be 27 (24 in s6), and Hamish should be 31 (28 in s6).
(And, theoretically, you could make the argument that "oh LI would never have anyone over age 30, so they capped the ages because of that!", but tbh, since this is an All Stars season, that rule/standard shouldn't even apply here!)
But, instead, Fusebox decided to go by real world time (3 years between s4 and s9, 2 years between s5/s6 and s9), so that's why the ages are so wonky and nonsensical!
*I did not include Cassius in this because he was only mentioned in season 7 but never was an actual character!

In a mid-90s home with no central coax hub, just a rats nest of dead ends and cut cables. I’d MoCa myself but after coax tracing it’s just not worth the trouble.
I like the luxury of plugging into Ethernet. WiFi is fine, but I’m paying for high speeds and like to squeeze every last drop.
TLDR Any recommendations on who can place some Ethernet drops in the area for a decent price?

Hey there! 28-year-old guy from England here! I’m 6ft1, average build and like to think I have a good sense of humour - or at least a stereotypically dry British one (with the accent to match too).
My big passion in life is travelling. I’m currently working my way through the continents and would love anyone that has tips or travel stories to share! I went to Japan recently and I’m also trying to tick off all the Disney Parks worldwide - it would be great to meet someone to do that with!
I also enjoy watching sports (not playing, unless you want to see someone get seriously injured), theme parks and writing. My favourite TV shows are Brooklyn 99, It’s Always Sunny and The US Office. Not the UK one, although saying that feels like treason.
The main thing I want is some happiness and excitement in my life, because I haven’t had that in the longest time. And everyone deserves a bit of happiness, right?
