Hi there, As the title say should I invest in Gold ETF or MF. I see almost everyone on YouTube in favour of ETF. But I find that the expense ratio of MF is less than that of ETF. Eg. SBI Gold Direct Plan Growth which is MF have expense ratio of 0.1% whereas SBI Gold Exchange Traded Scheme have expense ratio of 0.73%. So am i missing something?
PS: I plan of investing for more than 2 years so LTCG will be same.

Hello,
I would like to ask about current condition of the area surroundind Chernobyl nuclear powerplant after russian military was pushed out of the area.
I have no intention of visiting ruins of Pripyat (as I am aware that the city is littered with booby traps and mines, I've also heard there is some Ukrainian military activity there) or to trespass into the powerplant itself, but I would like to view it from public roads next to the powerplant.
Is this currently allowed? How close to the powerplant could I possibly get under the current circumstances?

Hello we got woken up at 4am today by our AO Smith 40-gallon water heater giving off alarm signals of a water leak—we have a water sensor in the pan. Upon checking the discharge pipe is dripping, and the pressure relief valve is rated for 150psi I believe. We also have a thermal expansion tank. We’ve been having extremely cold weather here in Denver and temperatures have dropped to -20 C (-4 F) and I’m wondering if the extreme cold has caused some sort of pressure or temp fluctuations in the tank?
We will call a plumber at some point if the dripping doesn’t stop, but I guess my question is, are we okay to use hot water still for now, and is there any way to lower the pressure ourselves? The water heater is 2-3 years old.
