 | Hello, Over the last few months, I've (19f) been having the following progressive symptoms: Full body numbness/genitals went numb first then limbs Blank mind/anhedonia/emotional numbness Hollow body feeling Loss of joint/body position Shooting electric shocks Low attention span Tinnitus/earworms Feeling relief from nothing (deep breath, sleep, hugs, etc) Overall feeling dead Shrunken genitals/no lubrication produced anymore Random chills/inner restlessness Burning brain and acid reflux Pms symptoms disappeared Low libido Dissociation especially triggered by bright lights So many of these things vary day by day and make me feel like im dying. Its like Im having psychiatric withdrawal symptoms but from nothing. So far, I've undergone an eeg, blood tests, and a brain mri. Next, I'm doing a spine mri and emg. Brain mri showed a chairi malformation and small bleed in temporal lobe. I have low cortisol and a slightly elevated anti ss a sjogren's antibodies. I also have a vitamin d level of 28. My functional dr wants me to take a B Complex because of the neuropathy symptoms but im hesistant because of b6 toxicity or possibly making myself worse. I attached lab bloodwork. My questions: -Should I take a gene test or something before taking a b complex? -How to choose a supplement type? How do supplements interact with "faulty?" genes (methylation and all those other words?) -Am i deficient in anything based on these labs? White phos is the RNV31 from rix tactical(chinese made US assembled) and the PVS14 i was issued in the military. I didnt do any adjustment to my rnv31s before taking the picture a few months back but it’s the only picture ive got through mine. I understand theyre “cheap” nods but i still like them more than mono green phos despite the quality difference being the pvs14 having better clarity. Looking for suggestions on a better unit other than my rnv31s.

My English bulldog puppy is finally fully vaccinated, so I can begin walking her around more places. I’m wondering the most important things to teach her right off the bat.
For context, she’s got that classic English bulldog personality where she doesn’t want to walk at all and is soooo slow and lazy, then will suddenly take off like a bowling ball lol.
I’m open to general advice on early leash/walk training. But we live in a big dense city, so I’m mostly wondering:
- what commands other city owners have found most useful for their dogs?
- how did you train them?
She already knows “middle,” which is where she goes and sits between my legs. This makes it so we take up less space in crowded areas and also allows me to block her off from other people and dogs. Insanely useful in elevators. What else should I teach her and how do I teach it?
