 | I repotted four big monstera together on a homemade moss pole in a giant pot. I added several wicks from the tray beneath: one in the pole, and two up through the soil to help keep it evenly moist. I have several layers inside the pot: 1” of LECA in the bottom to help with drainage, a layer of moss, then a 2:2:1:1 ratio of orchid mix, FoxFarm soil, vermiculite, and perlite. This baby is huge and heavy. It’s on wheels to get it to/from my shower to water. I know this pot is probably a bit too huge and will hold moisture a little too well, hence all the drainage precautions. It’s nearly half roots though, so I think it’ll work out? Could I get some input from others with giant monstera on moss poles? Do you repot? How often? How do you ensure that you’re not damaging the roots on the pole? If you don’t repot, do you just add new soil on top over the years? I’m planning to continue to fertilize regularly. I started indoor gardening in 2021 and now all my little babies are getting BIG. I have a really nice oxo plastic cutting board I’ve had for 7 years and the grooves are getting pretty gnarly. Does anyone have experience resurfacing these? I’ve seen cutting board resurfacing tool for like.. 50 bucks. Has anyone else used one of these? Do people typically use sand paper? There’s also a commercial cutting board planer for like 150$

I’ve been playing a college of eloquence bard in a campaign over the last two years. Recently, our DM made the decision to cap the campaign at level 15 as our characters are TIRED. We ran the Critical Role’s Call of the Netherdeep module, and have put down several spin-off evil doers, and are currently hunting down the whereabouts of our final BBEG.
Currently, our party is at level 12, of which I’ve leveled straight Eloquence. I was planning on leveling bard to 14 and taking 1 level as a hexblade warlock. My bard has an exalted state Mythcarver, which allows a once per long rest 4 attacks (at advantage if I BA bardic inspiration that same turn). I was figuring the proficiency with shields, hexblade’s curse, and the charisma-modified attack and damage synergized well with the bard build and getting in the face of our final boss.
HOWEVER, I guess I am having some FOMO on 8th level spells (mindblank) and the d12 inspiration die of 15th level bard.
What should I do? Can you help me weigh these two options?

This is a 10-second clip of someone I interviewed earlier this week and no matter how many times I play it back, I can't discern what word he said at the five-second mark.
I'm likely going to use it in a direct quote, so I'm really hoping someone with better ears than I can help me.
It's the word he suddenly says loudly "Where he thought ___________ for finding opportunities for, you know, individuals from those communities."

Game disconnected my entire team mid round and didn’t allow us to load in. After around 10 minutes we were able to load back into the lobby but were reset to whatever we had our squire set as. I know this is an Early Access game but I am sad about all those hours spent looking for minted gear.

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, but is it possible to use the BatchPredictionJob class with a format_schema parameter or function calling to introduce this? (with OpenAIs API this is possible) In my use case I want to use batching for an evaluation pipeline, since the output is not required to be received in real-time. Second reason is that the test set is very large, hence I hit the rate limits of the API (and run into higher inference cost). From my understanding, the batch prediction functionality distributes the different requests of each batch to the corresponding endpoint specified by the model I initialize. So, I would expect to somehow be able to define structured outputs as a parameter or at least use function calling for this purpose the same way I do for the real-time API.
If this is not a current feature, how are batch predictions even usable (for anything beyond a small PoC), since structured outputs are the only reliable way to make LLM output adhere to a specific format?

Indian divorces are I feel a bit more complicated and my stbx family is from a small North Indian town and they are very conservative. No divorced in their whole town.
