Just wanted to make an appreciation post for my beloved Malden Burgundy Pocket. I have been using an A5 for years and still love it, but this little pocket has been my cozy place since i got it. I use a vertical timed weekly layout and since there isnt one official , it kinda gave me the opportunity to be creative and Im just loving it.
I love the cover colour, the pockets layout. I know the quality of the leather is not the best or what it used to be and it makes me kinda sad, but Im still loving it.
I guess my only complaint is that I wish the rings were just a tiny bit larger. I tried the norfolk pocket to try the 25mm rings but that was too big, i wish there was a mid point and another cover with this lovely colour and white stiches contrast! If anyone knows something similar please let me know :)

[M25] Ciao a tutti, è il mio primo post qui e lo sto pubblicando perché mi trovo in un momento di confusione totale e ho bisogno di consigli da persone esterne.
Le mie caratteristiche e competenze:

Obiettivi e realtà dei fatti
Due obiettivi primari: 1. Trovare un lavoro che mi consenta di andare a vivere da solo e vivere decentemente (attualmente vivo ancora con i miei). 2. Iniziare a costruire una carriera lavorativa SENSATA e di conseguenza capire a quale settore / tipo di azienda dedicarmi. - Realtà dei fatti: Nonostante io abbia studiato tantissimo Marketing, mi sto rendendo conto a ridosso della fine del percorso universitario che non mi piace per nulla tutta la parte di marketing analitica e operativa (stare dietro a metriche, SEO, SEM, advertising) mentre sono molto più portato per il lato strategico e creativo. Mi piace lavorare in team, ideare e proporre idee innovative, prendere decisioni, rapportarmi con persone e in generale tenermi impegnato. Ho paura che forse ho sbagliato a scegliere doppia laurea in Marketing e avrei dovuto forse fare Relazioni Internazionali perchè l’idea di lavori legati a questo ambito mi stimolano molto di più rispetto al pensare di stare dietro una scrivania al computer.
Le difficoltà che incontro:
Nonostante tutto, attualmente ho queste opzioni:
  1. Tirocinio extracurricolare (800€ netti/mese) presso un prestigioso ente governativo nella mia città (6 mesi).
    • Pro: Aggiunge molto valore al cv, vicino casa, possibilità di imparare molto ma sopratutto magari assunzione futura con stipendio incerto.
    • Contro: Anche se ipoteticamente mi assumessero dopo il tirocinio, probabilmente lo stipendio non mi consentirebbe ancora di vivere decentemente da solo.
  2. Contratto indeterminato all’estero (1500€ lordi/mese) in un ente governativo italiano ma in Europa.
    • Pro: Esperienza all’estero, molto valore sul cv, vado a vivere da solo, contratto indeterminato (però con poche prospettive di crescita in termini economici)
    • Contro: Stipendio basso (vivrei da solo ma sopravviverei), pochissime se non nulle opportunità di crescita perchè l’ufficio è composto da pochissime persone.
  3. Lavoro random in qualche azienda Europea (stipendio + alto).
    • Pro: Ho trovato due paesi adatti a me nei quali se riuscissi a trovare lavoro (in multinazionali) avrei stipendi che mi consentirebbero di vivere da solo e anche risparmiare.
    • Contro: Lavorerei per qualche multinazionale random senza una visione futura per la carriera, tanto per cominciare a lavorare e vivere da solo. Poi magari una volta fuori capirei meglio come muovermi e se cambiare azienda.
Le mie domande:
  1. Sia per il tirocinio che per l’indeterminato dovrei decidere entro fine gennaio. Secondo voi per iniziare a costruire una carriera lavorativa è valida una delle due opzioni?
  2. Avete qualche consiglio su come decidere dove è meglio iniziare? pubblica amministrazione, Corporate, multinazionale, PMI o agenzia?
  3. Con il mio profilo (4 lingue, 2 lauree in marketing ecc..) qual è una RAL realistica per una prima esperienza in Italia (esclusa Milano, non ci vivrei mai) e sarebbe secondo voi più alta in Europa?
  4. Qualche giorno fa sono stato scartato dopo 3 colloqui per una posizione nel marketing in Italia che offriva 27k ral. E’ uno stipendio realistico e adeguato oppure sono stato fortunato nell’avere una ral del genere come prima esperienza?
Scusate se mi sono dilungato molto ma sono in un vortice di pensieri tremendo e ho bisogno di consigli da persone esterne che magari non hanno tutto sto casino in testa. Il prossimo step forse sarà rivolgermi ad un Career Coach :/

Terrain Build Ideas for Boyfriend Hello Beautiful People 🫶🏼 While I am not a player currently (my boyfriend of 4 months has not shown me yet how to actually play but I have watched many videos of tournaments and such) I was hoping to surprise him with something for his game/next tournament for Valentine’s Day. For Christmas/his birthday his parents bought him the new edition but he has mentioned once or twice about terrain. Specifically being that a coaster I have that is made to mimic a koi pond would be perfect if it was more of a mound/hill or something of that nature.
Do any of you have any recommendations for a piece of terrain I could work on for him for Valentine’s Day or even a late Valentine’s Day? Open to any and all suggestions. I do have a 3D printer as well if that’s helpful 😊 Thank you!

Decking not repaired before underlay installed. Hi, looking for feedback here as I'm a bit worried. The peel and stick underlay has been on my roof for about a month as permit issues are worked out (solar is involved). A few times I got up on the roof, I noticed some soft spots in the decking, but since the peel and stick was already down, I could not see the decking.
Today, I decided to go into the attic, and what I found:
1) no evidence of any replaced deciding 2) several areas of damaged decking that was not replaced 3) The only leak on the previous roof was around the chimney. Water damaged decking was not replaced here, as you can see in the pictures 4) old vent holes we're not repaired before putting on underlay. these holes are marked with orange chalk on top of the roof, so I will give them the benefit that they were going to go back, cut out the underlay, repair the decking, and then repair the underlay. But is this good practice?
Pictures attached. It's a very narrow attic, so I had to do a lot of zooming, and there were several areas of the roof. I simply could not get visibility on.
Thankfully, I have not paid a dime on this job yet. Any advice on action to take from here?

It is not a cultural state, but simply a special formable for two countries: Italy and Byzantium. It does not require any tech to form.
Obviously, there was a country which in real life was "trying" to reunite the Roman Empire, Fascist Italy. I also added Byzantium for obvious reasons.
Rome has the following Dynamic Names:
Roman Empire if it is a monarchy (also fallback).
Roman Republic if it is a democratic republic.
Roman State if it is an undemocratic republic.
Mediterean People's Socialist Republic if it is a Communist Republic.
I tried to keep the borders as close to the ones Rome had for the majority of it's history
