U fazi smo rješavanja stambenog pitanja i nudi nam se mogućnost kupovine manje kuće na koju bismo tada, potencijalno, dozidali 2 sobe ukupne površine 25m2.
Budući da bismo kuću kupili bez kredita, zanima me kakve su šanse da bi nam odobrili stambeni kredit za dogradnju tih dviju soba. Spada li to pod adaptaciju/rekonstrukciju? Ima li netko slično iskustvo?
Također, u priči s poznanikom koji ima građevinski obrt rekao je da je okvirna cijena istoga 15 tisuća eura (+/-).
Možemo li npr. tražiti kredit od 20 tisuća eura pa pola od toga pravdati računima?
Također, spada li u to kupovina PVC stolarije, električarski radovi (materijal+ruke), građevinski radovi (materijal+ruke)? Ili samo građevinski dio.

Hi all - curious if anyone else is having similar issues as me. My peloton bike has worked with the cox WiFi for years now, until a few weeks ago it started saying “cannot connect to internet” randomly and intermittently making it useless to do any rides because of it disconnecting. It appears to have no issues if I test it with my phone hotspot so I’m starting to think it’s my cox WiFi? Have you ever had issues with 1 device being blocked from WiFi? Cox support does not seem to agree that it’s anything on their end and I’m running out of options to try

Hello, I have never tutored before so I am looking for any useful resources (apart from past papers) that are free to use to help my younger cousin get up to a grade 4 in English Literature and English Language GCSEs.
He is doing AQA, the texts are Jekyll and Hyde, Macbeth, An Inspector Calls, and power and conflict poetry.
If anyone has any suggestions on how I can approach tutoring him they would be greatly appreciated as I haven't done this before! The reason I offered to tutor him is because I'm doing a degree in English Lit and am considering doing the PGCE afterwards, so any advice is welcome please

I’m enjoying my delicious coffee ☕️ & contemplating what to do on a Sunday: hiking, the gym, both, grab a book, or just call it a peaceful lazy day! Too many choices, I know.. haha. Well, I know for a starter I might tune in and watch Manchester City play in a few (for those of you who don’t know anything about football/soccer; that’s The English Premier League). 😆
Okay okay, I lost my thoughts, I came on here initially to reflect on my experience of this nonsense called trying to make friends on Reddit… I successfully failed each time! lol Between the scammers, plenty of catfish, men pretending to be women (or wanna be? lol), chicks promoting their intaaas, and only f, and my ultimate least favorite so far, those that make the absolute min effort to talk, converse, chat, not mention the scary negative vibes!
Someone please take this phone away from me today before I go on and on and on with this rant! lol
Like seriously, whatever happened to spontaneous, casual, chill, easy going, happy, organic, exciting conversations….?
