Why do certain Biblical names, which have an ה or a ח in their Hebrew forms, seemingly lose the H when translated into Greek and Latin? Examples include:
Hannah becoming Anna
Hosea becoming Osee
Haggai becoming Aggæus
Hagar becoming Agar
Hadadezer becoming Adarezer
Haman becoming Aman
Hophni becoming Ophni
This shows that the H is often dropped in Latin, while Ancient Greek uses a spiritus lenis.
However, many other names retain the H, such as Habacuc, Helcias, Hananias, Hemor, Haran, Heber, Henoch, and Hur. In the case of Eli, the H is even added, transforming it into Heli.
Is there a systematic reason for these variations, or were they changes made at random?

I need 15+ FCR on a circlet for my offline Nova Sorc. What's the lowest level I can be to gamble FCR & lightning skills on a yellow or blue circlet?
In Mrllamasc's latest guided playthrough he pulled a 2 lightning 20 FCR 2 OS circlet off the imbue quest at lvl 33. So I'm assuming it's worth gambling at a much lower level than I would have guessed.

So I got a portal and love it.
I’ve been experimenting with a few ways to hardwire my ps5 to my router. My router is upstairs in my office and my ps5 is downstairs. There’s no elegant way to get a network drop down there unless I pay an electrician $300.
- Using Wi-Fi only. I have really fast internet with my ISPs newest version of their modem/router. I get really good performance when using Wi-Fi on the ps5 and the portal. But I worry about it staying stable.
- I have a power line adapter that works pretty well. However I only get about 30 down and 30 up. It’s stable but slow. I switch to my Wi-Fi if I need to download games. I was playing with a friend using screen sharing one night and it was the first time I had ever experienced network issues.
- I got MoCA adapters. These give me much faster download speeds but the upload speeds are sketchy. When I test them from a laptop they seem fine, but on the ps5 network test the upload speed drops really low.
Has anyone else had similar experience with the MoCA adapters?

Can’t shake some inner knee pain, despite taking at least a month off and being dedicated to rehab. I don’t think it’s anything too serious (no swelling, doesn’t hurt when I walk, etc.) Trying to see if I can still salvage Boston, which is 13 weeks away. Normally, I’d just cancel, but it’s my first Boston and I’ve been waiting 30 years. Just curious what your experience has been being out for a while but still having enough time to build.

I cannot select S1 or S2 in my 2011 S60 T6. They are not “greyed out” as an option, just nothing happens when I highlight the option and press “ok,” such that I cannot even see the radio ID or the message stating service is inactive. Sirius has sent signal a few times. FM and AM and Bluetooth and such all work just fine.
I crawled into the trunk (much to the concern of my neighbor who saw only the legs of my short self hanging out and came over to investigate 🫠) and located the receiver… radio ID definitely matches. I disconnected & reconnected the receiver as I saw online sometimes that can reset the system. No dice.
I’ve read that it can be either the receiver box or an antenna issue causing this problem. I’m less likely to think it’s antenna since I get regular stations, but I’m also 0% experienced beyond what YouTube and forums can teach me.
I don’t know when software was last updated in the car (bought a few months ago) and if taking it in to Volvo for a software update could help; if they can even offer updates on a 13yo car? Is there a way to test whether it’s an antenna or receiver issue? Or do i just bite the bullet and buy a new receiver and try that as a fix?

JESUS CHRIST. i HATE HAAAATE their personality when it comes to sex/sexuality. my mom “cheated” my dad online, like with a sex-video call with another man, and since then, things got out of hand. I feel NAUSEA from hearing sexual details. I actually VOMIT. And the few times I don’t wake up to hear these disgusting details it’s to hear my mother’s orgasms. Does that seem fair to you? I’d like to see them, if with my boyfriend I wake them up every night with my orgasms if it wouldn’t bother them. They don’t even care that it could bother me or wake me up.
