 | Based off another user's post here a few weeks ago, I essentially copied and pasted their email to the SEC requesting the missing FTD data from last year. The SEC claims that there is no missing data. I need help to see if we're onto something, or perhaps I didn't request the proper information. For some background i used to be mildly obese, 5'1 in the 150s. This was for about 2 years and it was not a fun experience. Then I came off celexa and started working a higher activity job and went down to approximately 110 lbs. It was just medication and activity change, but I was still eating pretty freely, smoked a ton of pot, always had the munchies...
Now a year has passed and it's hard to stay skinny. 110-115 is my safe spot where I don't feel scared im gonna get fat again. It's also a healthy weight range for someone as short as me. Although it's not technically unhealthy it worries me that my weight wants to trend up into the 120s now cause I feel like im slipping.
I spent the 1st 14 days of January eating approximately 800-900 calories daily just a temporary diet to get to my goal weight. I made it down to 112, was happy, felt great honestly. I was eating super healthy food too.
Literally THREE days of being sick and allowing myself to smoke pot and eat what I want and I feel like all my weight came back on. It's impossible to regain 6-7 pounds in 3 days right?
Did i ruin my metabolism? Any tips for staying in my range long term?

I’m writing a new book about how there’s two worlds, and the only difference is, any choice made in the one world, it the complete opposite in the other. The story starts with the one of the main characters falls into a portal into one of our other main character’s room. They quickly realize that they are each other, and work to not only get him home but also to figure out how they seem to be the only two characters that are gender-bent (one being male and the other female, while their best friends both have their counterparts in each others world) but I can’t figure out a name for what to call it..has anyone else had this problem? And I’m open to any suggestions of what to call the book 🥺 thank you!
