 | Me ne son reso conto da adulto,quando diverse persone mi han detto che al sole erano verdi così ho iniziato a controllare con qualche foto e luce puntata. Poi ho scoperto che nella mia famiglia li han tutti nocciola o verdi(specialmente mia nonna e mia mamma oltre che i rispettivi parenti molti dei quali non conosco). So che può sembrare io abbia già la risposta ma essendo che in base alla luce cambiano(la parte interna é chiaramente marrone ,mi riferisco alla parte esterna) ed essendo che su internet ho visto diverse foto di occhi hazel green simili ai miei vorrei avere delle opinioni esterne per dare una definizione definitiva . Come vedrete ho aggiunto diverse foto anche perché in base alla luce cambiano ,a volte vedo un verde oliva altre una sorta di grigio o verde più limpido,quasi impercettibile. I'm born in Canada, my ethnicity is Norwegian. I ask my family, but nobody has answers; did my people come with the Vikings that coexisted in newfoundland? Were they part of the colonization or did we come later? The furthest I know is my family came from farmers in Alberta. Of course, no traditions or culture was taught, there was none to be had. I feel like there's a big, gaping hole where culture is supposed to be in my heart. I've put an authentic effort towards being a part of indigenous culture and traditions, but no matter how I try it just doesn't /fit/. How weird is the idea that I'm craving a culture I've never known?

Hi all, I’m seeking advice regarding my property in Victoria. I recently settled on a house and received the First Home Owner Grant and stamp duty exemption. The conditions are that I need to live in the property for 12 months within 12 months of settlement. I rented the house out for the first 6 months and am now living in the house.
During the tenancy, the property was negatively geared as the rent didn’t cover the mortgage. I understand that rental income is taxable, and property management fees are tax-deductible. I’m looking to clarify how costs such as council rates and house insurance work in terms of tax deductions.
Can I claim 6 months worth of council rates and house insurance payments as tax deductions? Am I correct in understanding that I can claim the interest paid on the mortgage while the property was rented out as a tax deduction?
The State Revenue Office has hit me up for land tax as the property wasn’t my Principal Place of Residence. Can I claim this as a tax deduction? Or a partial deduction as the house was rented out for 6 months, and you don't have to pay land tax on your primary residence?

I’m at a job I hate. I just don’t know what to do. It’s too late for me to study anything I can’t get in more debt. I need to bring in so much money because I was so stupid when I was younger. Having a self-contained, fleshed out story + side quests within each district that still lends itself into the overall main plot is part of the many reasons why I adore Phantom Liberty.
I do wanna preface by saying I adore the base game just as much, but having to hop across town for each mission within the individual quest lines was just not it for me personally. I love love LOVE how PL fixes this problem. Not to mention, you could really focus in on world building by keeping the focus in that district.
Idk if I'm making sense, I don't exactly how to express it. But similar to how Hollow Knight works, where each section of the map has it's own unique story to tell, that still lends itself to the overall narrative,
