i get rashes from certain triggers, mainly deodorant with aluminum in it. but this doesn’t happen every time i use it. i can’t use normal deodorant consistently, but if i use it once in a pinch, usually nothing happens. if i were to use a deodorant like that 2 days in a row i would develop a rash. it’s similar with bandaids, usually i can use them but sometimes ill get welts from having a bandaid on for a couple hours. i once had a reaction to aquaphor. another time i reacted to my watch wristband that i literally wear every other day without issue. anyone know what is happening??

I love John and Nyla's relationship. The dynamic of them both being parents makes it different than if John was a normal 23-yr old rookie or something like that.
I've only gotten to S3e4, so no spoilers past this yet, but I just really enjoy the chemistry Nathan Fillion and Mekia Cox have. Despite Nyla being his boss, it feels like she's also his friend in a unique way.

My ex and I were together for basically a decade, the end of 2023 we had a nasty breakup out of anger and frustration. We had each other blocked for about nine months. I had rebounded and he did the same to a previous ex. We ran into each other at a plaza by mistake and we both realized how much we missed each other and really felt like it was no one else for one another. Instead of going into therapy like we should have or came up with an action plan on how to make it work, we went full speed ahead back to making one another happy. Sadly, this would be the demise because our old problems started seeping through again. Although we had matured and become more understanding to one another we came to the realization that maybe we had grown apart after all. I wanted to stay in our home country, get married, and develop my career that is just starting to finally take off after so many years of hard work. He wants to leave and explore other countries while working remote and can't handle the long distance (we did this before while I was in college and it was rough on both of us). I still sometimes feel like I jumped the gun with saying I can't do this anymore because of the fear of the past and the fear of the impending future against us. He did offer reassurance that he was starting to feel the same way because he felt he couldn't give me everything I wanted and felt like he wasn't enough as he still was unsure if he wanted children anymore. We tried to be friends after we agreed that we can't make this work and still have some healing to do since our first breakup, but we agreed again that we can't even be friends because of the of love that we share for one another. To have to walk away again and what's even worse on good terms is way more difficult than when we ended it over anger and miscommunication. I told him maybe he should block me so it could be easier on both of us, but it's still so hard. We grew apart over the course of us being in no-contact and we explored life to see what we wanted/ truly needed in life to make ourselves happy. I called him yesterday asking how he's able to do it so well (I shouldn't have and should have respected his space) and he told me to come over so we can talk because obviously he was having a time as hard as me. We talked and then ended up kissing and having sex, I regret this now the next day. He said he couldn't wait for the next time we saw each other and I feel like I can't fulfill this promise. I realize now he was holding himself back in life because of the love he has for me and it would be selfish of me to try and pull him back into our relationship and he would never truly be happy with his life. Being together from the tender age of 17 and 19 to 26 and 28 is a love that is really special. But I know what we had was real and we just grew apart over time. I will always love him and hold a place in my heart for him but if I hold him back for my own selfish reasons did I ever really love him? Or am I just seeing him for what I want? I would love a universe where we have our happily ever after but for now I have to live in the reality that we just can't work and I'm just struggling to come to terms with it. Not sure if I need advice or needed to rant but this has been going on for two months now and it's like I can't see the end of this deep tunnel that is losing the love of my life.

I really just picked what I thought looked cool. I wanted a good mix of ranged and melee, and a big centerpiece monster.
I picked a Carnifex (my second favorite tyranid model) for that because I can't take a Tyrannofex (my favorite tyranid model) without messing everything else up. im pretty sure Carnifexes aren't very good without Ol' One Eye, but im not that worried about whats meta or whats bad.
im also pretty sure Winged Tyranid Primes aren't very good either, but it seemed like the best Warlord choice for a small army. I have done next to no research on what's good.
I also picked Assimilation Swarm as my detatchment. it seemed like the best for a small, unfocused starter army.

2025.01.20 03:00 thezav69 monk able to use unarmed bonus action while dual wielding?
So I want to make a durge shadow monk build, and am thinking I wanna use blades over unarmed to better fit the vibe (however I’m going Dragonborn so the Durge’s claws may as well be daggers)
My question is if I were to be dual wielding short swords/daggers, would I still be able to use my bonus action attack that comes with the monk, or would I need to keep my offhand/both weapon slots to best utilize the class?
