Hey all,
Basically as the title suggests. I'm wondering about exercises, specifically cardio, that someone of my size can do. I know how forum posts like these go when someone of my size posts about exercies, it seems everyone is always preaching diet instead since that's more important. I am aware of that which is why I put in the title that I've already been working on diet. Now, if you have some nuggets of wisdom regarding diet, then I'm all ears but if you're just going to give me general information on dieting plz don't, that was the first thing I started working on.
I do actually have a bit of a weight lifting regimen going that I've been doing on and off since last year. I was looking into the different kinds of "splits" that exist for lifting weights and found the push/pull/leg split to be the most flexible for me. Specifically there's this one i found on this site: https://www.aston.ac.uk/sport/news/tips/fitness-exercise/push-pull-legs the only workout I don't do is the pull ups on pull day since I'm too heavy for those. I do this Monday/Wednesday/Friday for each of the three muscle groups respectively.
The issue is i'm not really sure what kind of cardio exrcise I would benefit from the most. All I know is that I should be looking into more low impact exercise to not injure myself at my current weight. The apartments I live in do have a few gyms available with tredmills, ellipticals, and exercise bikes. I'm not sure if I should be doing a mix of things, and if so how many days a week and for how long?

Hello all! I'm not 'new' to computers, but I know absolutely nothing when it comes to hardware. I have an Acer Aspire 3. These are the specs.
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1115G4 @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
Installed RAM 20.0 GB (19.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
GPU- Intel UHD Graphics
So, this may be a really stupid question, but l'm wanting to play a game called Storage Hunter Simulator, but my GPU doesn't even meet the minimum requirements, and everything l've looked up says that the GPU is connected to the motherboard and there's no way of upgrading it. Is this true?? Google never lies to me, but I hope this time it did. If this is true, do I seriously have to go out and buy another computer with the required GPU just to play one game? Any help would be greatly appreciated! P.S., If this is a stupid question then just ignore. Pls don't verbally attack me :).

I redownloaded DayZ after not playing it for quite a while and I'm currently having an issue where every time I try and join a server the BGZ Cherno Vanilla 3PP mod keeps forcing me to join their server instead of the one I am trying to connect to. I've tried direct connecting and that also isn't working. Does anyone know how to fix this? It's getting kind of frustrating and I'm trying to decide if it's even worth playing at all if it just is going to keep doing this.
