Hey everyone! I’m currently in the process of realising I have a loooot of symptoms of POTS and hEDS which have become much more debilitating in the past year or so, especially the fatigue and dizziness. I have been keeping a journal for the last month with lots of stats regarding a whole range of my health issues at the moment including autonomic nervous system and body pain rating scales etc so I can take this to my doctor when I feel confident enough (reading so many horror stories & having experienced dismissal from other health specialists in the past has made me very nervous about seeking medical attention for this).
Today I was able to do about 10 minutes at levels 5&6 on the stair master at my gym (personal best so far - normally I’m almost on the ground after a minute or two lol). I managed to get this photo of my legs afterwards as it’s a perfect demonstration of how my legs always look after standing for a short while, showering, walking around, etc. I am curious - do these look like the typical POTS legs (blood pooling, circulation problems and such) that many of you have? I’ve always been told I’m just pale but I see lots of other pale people with lovely evenly toned legs… and no matter how much I tan I always have this problem!!

I would be so grateful for any guidance as I keep second guessing myself as to whether anything is ‘really wrong’ or if I’m just lazy and unfit - it is exhausting!

We still have no loot in settlements, since the first week in November last year.
We still have the problem of cargo not registering being in the ship once bought from a carrier. This is going on for what, like over a year?
We still have the problem of fines for failed missions not being able to be paid off without a relog. This is also a very old problem.
We all are excited about colonization, but when are you fixing these problems?

So I've had this spot on my inner thigh for about 3 days now. And I've noticed that it's been slowly getting bigger. On day one, the ring around it barely reached the circumference of the freckle, and the spot wasn't as big. And now on day 3, the ring has clearly gotten a lot bigger, and it's now so so tender. Any advice?

How are you trying to maximize thid dgw points?
Im considering to go Gvardiol -> Trent and transferring out Diaz (who might play less minutes) for Rogers.
Even just going for an EVE attacker (and Diaz->Rogers) might be somewhat valuable as that would allow me to use the AM chip.
Only thing bugging me is using a FT to get rid of an already own LIV asset, but I think Trent would be a more reliable source of points than him.
What do you think guys? Is getting Ndiaye valuable at all? Would you hold Diaz?

(this is just another rant)
What are we supposed to do if we have no job, we can't support the people we love, we can't contribute to society, we can't support our hobbies, we can't even pay for a place to live or pay the bills and then we become homeless and eventually die achieving nothing in the end.
And there are people who will still hate us because we can't land a job then not offer us a place to work most of the time.
Without work, we become useless no matter how hard we tried getting a job just to be rejected in the end.
What are your thoughts below, is there any hope ?
