This is very self explanatory, I just feel embarrassed about this, but want it to be fixed. I'm going to the dentist in March, and dreading it. I brush my teeth everyday and floss, but I had already had them for a while before I started. And my parents think that fluoride is harmful, so we do not normally get things like Colgate, I have to buy that myself, but usually do not have the money.

Last saturday went to a psychiatrist and I was diagnosed with adjustment disorder with anxiety.
Context: I am a nurse, pero eversince never ko talaga gusto maging nurse, dahil boom sya nung time ko pinakuha ako ng parents ko ng bsn. Pero it was never my 1st choice kahit top 3 wala yan sa list. When I started working, lagi ako natatakot pumasok sa work. Grabe ang overthinking ko, masyadong extreme kumbaga. Hindi ako tumatagal sa trabaho dahil nga sa nafefeel ko. Never ako umabot ng 6 months sa work pinakamatagal na ang 3months lagi akong nagreresign. And I am afraid to try new things kahit BPO takot ako kasi di ako magalong magenglish so I felt hnd din sya for me. Masyadong negative ang naiisip ko.
Recently, I got hired and eto nanaman yung anxiety ko. Naiisip ko pa lang ang new hire orientation umiiyak na ako. Natatakot na ako, takot ako baka magkamali, takot ako baka mapagalitan, takot ako baka makasuhan and dami kong what if, what if mabagal ako sa work, what if ayaw sakin ng workmates or what if materminate ako. Ganyan ka extreme ang nafefeel ko.
I want to work pero grabe ang fear ko, hindi ko din maexplain kung bakit. Gusto ko lang nasa comfort zone ko lang ako.
Help me, what do I need to do? Kelangan ko na ba magtake ng meds? Natatakot din ako uminom ng gamot kasi baka pangit ang side effect sakin.
Sobrang nahihirapan na ako financially kasi syempre wala akong source of income.
May support system ba dito para sa mga nakakaranas ng anxiety?

Hello, I am a second year PhD student at Sheffield Hallam University. I am looking for autistic adults in the UK (18+) who would like to share their experiences of victimisation and the Criminal Justice System (Police, Courts and Victim Support services).
The hope is to gain knowledge through lived experience, and use the information to encourage and create fair and equal access, and support for autistic people accessing the CJS.
I am looking for autistic adults who are comfortable sharing their experiences, either through a survey or a written/telephone interview (or both).

Hey all!
I'm getting back into audio and video editing, and looking for some recommendations on a new rig. I have started a list for the new build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fnwbkf There won't be much gaming. Large audio and video projects though, with lots of encoding, converting etc
Its been a while since my last build, 10 years or so (here's my old build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TjqfmC ) After doing a lot of reading up and research on pangoly, passmark, newegg, reddit etc. I picked the components that would balance between performance and power consumption. My budget is $1200 or under without the case and PSU which I have already.
For cooling, I have H55 which I guess could be utilized. If not, then likely I'll go with Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE
One thing that baffled me the most was RAM. It seems using 4 slots on AM5 is problematic. I wanted to go with 96gb kit (2x48gb) but timings seemed a bit high, so I went with the 64gb kit (2x32gb) which has CL 28. I also noticed a lot of folks suggest Teamgroup memory for builds. Is it good quality, value, or both? I picked G.Skill because that's what I used on my last build, and never had issues with it.
GPU. I honestly have no idea what is good and what is not. Or how much memory/speed would be ideal. I'd rather have too much than not enough.
I really don't care much if anything is overclocked, as this would obviously be already a huge improvement from AM3+ system. But if the components used can OC without issues, and provide even better performance - I'll take it!
I'm in the US. No Microcenter around my area.

Im considering either this or another AE111 (2000) i found thats priced at 13.5k. Its significantly pricier but still under my budget at 15k.
