I have just finished my apprenticeship and received my cert 3 from tafe, and waiting for my certificate of proficiency to come in the mail, and I was just wondering if anybody knows if I need the reference statement/letter from my supervisor(boss) even though I will have the certificate of proficiency? Training services and my teacher said I don’t need the employer reference statement, but online, fair trading says you do, I will be calling service NSW & fair trading to confirm but just wondering if anyone else has recently applied and can let me know. Hi you sweet Jayces over there! :)
I'm a low elo Jayce OTP on midlane specifially and I'm struggling a lot recently when I'm the only one in game. Ik, blaming teammates isn't gonna get you anywhere, but factually speaking, often times I'm the only one on my team who is winning laning phase. Since I'm back to league (september-ish?), I put a massive focus on improving my matchups, my micro/mechanics and it shows. I'd say I win laning phase maybe 80% of my matches, even if I get counter picked, I'm most likely fine.
But as soon as we enter mid/late game, I'm struggling to carry, especially if bot and top are both significantly behind. I used to believe that I should roam more to get others ahead too but one of my friends who is plat told me recently that roaming to help other's should not be a priority, especially if they are far behind. So I mainly go for skirmiches/teamfights and save roams to bring myself more ahead.
But yea. It's not gonna help me win games, it seems. Any advice? Anything I could imply that makes it more likely for me to win? Thank you for your time

2025.01.20 12:11 odonis Anker soundcore Liberty 4NC volume difference between 49% and 50% is unrealistically big. What can I do?
I just got the Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 NC, and I'm running into this annoying issue. When I set the volume to about 49% (or so- I can't be sure since iPhone doesn't show the exact percentage), it sounds way too quiet. I can't enjoy the music at that level.
But then, if I nudge the volume up just a TINY bit, as little as possible, like 1% higher, it suddenly blasts way too loud! It feels like it actually jumps from 49 to 70 or something! There's no way that's just a 1% difference. Ughhhh. Is this an iPhone issue or a problem with the earbuds? Could mine just be faulty? I can't listen to music because it's either too low or way too high, and it's giving me a headache. Can I come up with something to fix this issue and get a comfortable volume or should I return the earbuds? I’m not from US or EU, it’s hard to return shit here.

 | Long story medium. I modded the gen 2 dishy, made my own fibreglass case and acrylic lid and sealed it up, mounted on roof racks and it worked fantastically for the trip I did it for. I put it away for over a year then I loaned it too a mate and at the end of 3 months it died on then. They bought a new genuine starlink cable but it still didn't connect, says something about bad cable. I opened up my sealed mount and the little white plug above had come unplugged so I was hopeful but even after plugging in it all didn't work, same cable message. My thoughts, water got into the external pins on the above white cable that the starlink cable plugs into as they hadn't used waterproof tape on the plug in connection. Everything else seems clean, dry and good inside the panel. Seems a waste to throw it away, especially with all the work making the waterproof case. Wondering if the cable can be tested/replaced? I have since bought a starlink mini for travelling so I can run it on 12V so I don't really need this one but I do own it so could always set it up at home or work if the problem is a simple cable.
