I used to weight around 60 kgs during the start of 2023. I used to do lots of home workouts, cardio before 2023 (my 2nd year of college). in around 6-8 months, and gained my weight to 72kgs. I joined GYM in October 2023 with no knowledge of training and was struggling to push even the empty barbell. But with time I gained knowledge about bro split ( I dont do it now), intensity, tempo, etc. and began making GAINS! If I can do it, so can you! I'm NATURAL and it just takes patience and determination to push yourself beyond the limits and do the unexpected. Be the master of your craft and gain whatever knowledge you can, make things simple and just put in the work :)
I love lifting and it the journey of bodybuilding that is going to gym everyday, targeting one day at a time. Eating clean everyday. Loving the journey takes you further, than loving the destination.
