My dad recently passed away, and Iāve been the one organizing everything for the funeral. When Iāve asked others in my family to handle small tasks, they havenāt followed through. For example, I asked my sister to liaise with the funeral directors to arrange flowers, but instead, she contacted a florist and ordered completely different flowers. She later blew up at me for not being clear about what I wanted.
For the Order of Service, I mentioned during a call with my sister that Iād like to create one. She agreed, and we were both asked to provide some information about our dad. I filled it out; my sister didnāt. (To be fair, she is very busy and has a 3-year-old daughter.)
I then asked for photos in our family group chat but didnāt message my sister directly to request them. I received a few photos from my mom and used those in the Order of Service. Today, the draft was finalized, and I showed it to my sister. She blew up at me because there wasnāt a photo of her and my dad included.
I was able to get her photo in to the printers, but had a very unpleasant interaction. Hereās the conversation we had (with minor edits for clarity):
[12:24] Sister: Why is there only a photo of you and him and none of us? [12:24] Sister: Iāll find some. [12:25] Me: All the photos I have received are on this O of S. [12:25] Sister: Huh? [12:25] Me: Iāve asked Mom for photos a few times, and this is what has been sent over. [12:26] Sister: You didnāt ask me for any photos for the Order of Service. [12:26] Me: Do you have photos? [12:26] Sister: So is this already done? Or can we change the photos? [12:26] Me: Iāll ring them and ask if they can add one more on. [12:26] Sister: Thereās two already. If you needed photos for the Order of Service, why didnāt you say? [12:26] Sister: Iām really pissed off with you. [12:27] Me: Well, thatās your choice. Iāve been talking about photos non-stop since we were in the pub with [other family member]. [12:27] Sister: What an absolute jokeāyou think thatās OK? Only really old pictures of Dad and then just one of only you and him. [12:27] Me: Iām going to challenge you a bit here. I have been asking for photos. [angry voice note] [12:27] Me: Just take a breath. I think we can add it in. [angry voice note] [12:28] Me: Again, Iām challenging you here. Iāve been asking Mom for photos in the group chat, and this is what she sent me. Iām sorry, but you knew I was after photos, so this is on you too. [angry voice note] [12:28] Me: Iām going to step away now. [12:28] Sister: I clearly didnāt know. Iām not a mind reader. [12:29] Sister: You are a manipulative, selfish arsehole. [12:29] Me: Okay, thatās uncalled for.
In the family group chat:
[12:33] Me: Please send over photos you would like quickly, and Iāll ring the printers. [12:33] Mom: No more bickering š«¤ [12:34] Me: Sorry, but itās not bickering. Itās [Sister] lashing out at me whenever sheās upset. Everyone has had plenty of time to look at the Order of Service and suggest photos. Iāve sent the few I had. If you want extras added, then I will do my best to add them. So please can you get them to me instead of lashing out at me? [12:34] Sister: You are manipulative and selfish. You are manipulative for saying that I knew when I clearly didnāt, and you at no point were clear about what they were for. Youāre selfish for only including a photo of you and Dad, none of me and [other family member], and all the other photos before we were born. Instead of holding your hands up and saying you messed it up, you try and blame me. Iāve already sent you the photos. Now leave me alone because I am so done with you and your s***. [12:35] Me: I sent the photos that Mom sent me. Thatās all I have done. [12:35] Sister: You literally just sent me the Order of Service and said itās finalized. How the f*** is that giving me enough time? [12:35] Sister: Now youāre blaming Mom. [12:35] Sister: Youāre a twat.
After this, I called the printers and managed to get her photo added, but sheās blocked me and hasnāt spoken to me since. AITA?

I had a wood body jointer I acquired a few years back and finally got around to tuning it a bit this week. It was generally in pretty good shape except the iron, chip breaker, and sole was out of flat.
No problem, planed the sole flat, dealt with the iron. Test a jointed edge was straight.
When I checked the test board using the edge of the plane it was not close. But eventually I figured out it was good against my reference straight edge, and the entire plane was actually a little warped sideways. So if I used the left sole-cheek edge to check flat, light on the ends and if I used the right sole-cheek edge, light in the middle.
Are people typically dealing with this when they tune a wood jointer? Or just letting it be and using a reference straight edge?

Over the past week, my Facebook feed algorithm started showing me subjects and content that I am either not interested in or completely opposed to.
I'm interested in things like electronics, cars, hip hop and R&B music, and a few other topics..
Lately it's been showing me for lack of a better term right wing type content.
For instance, people that follow that type of content have certain groups, pages videos etc and I am being pushed those.
In the past 24 hours, I have been probably shown eight different stories about Kid Rock. Lmao... Not even kidding.
Even though I tap on the "Show Less" option, apparently it starts showing me more.
Facebook was bad enough as it is but if it's not even going to show you content that you're interested in, I don't know how much longer I'm going to stay.
By the way, I've been on Facebook since 2007. My feed is usually about 80% of the things I interact with.
Now it's about 10%.
Have you guys experienced the same situation?
