I've had this issue with Nord for a while but basically, quite a lot of Nords USservers are blocked or dont work for Netflix, Disney and other things.
Does anyone have any tips to fix this? Or should I just switch vpn providers

Hi, I recently applied for a Skilled Worker visa, which is genuinely sponsored by my employer with whom I’ve been working for the past two years on a Graduate visa.
I received an email last week confirming that my application was successful, but I was granted only 14 days on my visa, even though I applied for 3 years and paid the corresponding fees. My Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) end date is listed as September 2028.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? What could be the reason for this discrepancy? I’ve applied for an admin review, but the current waiting time is six months. I need to travel next month for my wedding and also need to submit my fiancé's dependent visa application. My situation is now very unclear, and I’m unsure of what to do next. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

We bought a house that had been used as a rental property for years. The dishwasher keeps growing black mold. I have completely taken the entire thing apart. I have scrubbed gaskets. I have disassembled racks and rollers and spray arms and vents. I have run cycles of vinegar and cycles of bleach. I always immediately open the dishwasher after it finishes to allow it to fully air out and dry. I never put dirty dishes in to sit. I always load the dishwasher and immediately run it. Still, after every cycle, when I pull out the filter there are black dots of mold.
I don't know what else to do???
The appliance seems to work great, mechanically. I don't want to replace it, but I feel like I am going to extremes to clean the dishwasher. There must still be a stash of mold hiding somewhere in the unit that I haven't found yet, but I'm out of ideas.
Any suggestions for extreme deep cleaning on a dishwasher?
It' a Maytag plastic tub model.

I woke up to find an ex girlfriend and sent and then deleted 4 messages in the early hours of the morning. I had my phone on airplane mode so maybe she thought that I wouldn't know she sent anything because at the time the two ticks wouldn't have appeared to her. Is there any way I can reverse engineer the deleted messages to see what she wrote?

These days a lot of flakes have been falling off my head. I had dandruff already but it wasn't that severe. I wash my hair once a week. I also have hairfall problems. But nowadays I don't oil my hair at all. When I had less dandruff, I used to oil my hair once a week such that it would last all week. The shampoo I used is Sunsilk, the black one and I used coconut oil before. Even if I scratch my head lightly, some flakes fall off like in this pic.

 | Hello guys. Every season around gw20 i have the same question. Should i use full season stats to evaluate players or should i use the most recent stats(form). This time i decided to investigate this and i found out something really surprising. top19 player sample I used 3 groups of data. group 1: Player xg+xA from gw1 to gw21 (full season stats) group 2: Player xg+xA from gw14 to gw21 (form) group 3: Player xg+xA from gw22 to gw29 (fixtures i am trying to predict) For a player to make it in the sample size he had to be in the top50 xgi from gw22 to gw29 and he also had to play at least 60% of the minutes in all of the three groups. Only 19 players made it to the list. The question is if gw1-21 or gw14-21 is the best predictor for gw22-29 so i am calculating the correlation for both groups. xgi gw22-29 vs xg1-21 The correlation between xgi gw1-21 and gw22-29 is pretty small. R2=0.161 is a weak correlation. It means that our predictor explains 16% of the outcome, but other factors play a much bigger role. What about the most recent stats? Is the correlation better? xgi gw22-29 vs xgi 14-21 It seems so unreal that i had to double check it. The correlation is 0. Picking a player (out of those 19) based on xgi gw14-21 it is exclty the same as picking one randomly. No difference. Watkins and Diaz play a big role on this. They had 0.33 and 0.36 xgi from gw14 to gw21 and then they almost tripled their xgi in the upcoming 8 gameweeks. Lets assume that they are outliers and remove the from the sample. without outliers The correlation now is 0.25. Much better but still very low and we had to manipulate the data. Let's use the gw1-21 sample size and exclude the outliers: without outliers Much better. The correlation is 0.43 now. That's a decent correlation. Usefull. What is the conclusion? Data is so unclear that i can't say anything for sure but here is my thoughts: 1)Those data explain the huge swing of results that we experience as managers every season. Like Foden suddenly is prime Messi and Pedro transformed from goat to sheep. last season diaz had 4 returns from gw1 to gw21 and then 8 returns from gw22 to gw32. Did Liverpool had amazing fixtures? No. They played against Arsenal and City in this run of fixtures. Their schedule was good but nothing crazy,. 2)xgi is not the king. xgi alone don't has good correlation with future performance. Consider more variables. 3)Form is not clearly better (or worse) than long term - historical performance. We need more data. My (15F) parents have been fostering Julia (6F) for the past 7 months. She turned 6 three days ago and we celebrated her birthday together. They later told me Julia told them her birthday wish was that I loved her back. I felt so sad and guilty when I heard this. I already like her but she clearly didn’t feel this way. My parents then told me maybe I should have a talk with her and tell her she’s my sister and I love her. I told them I don’t feel ready for that talk. I like Julia but it’s been just 7 months and I don’t see her as my sister.
They asked me when I would feel ready and I said I don’t know. I told them I don’t think I’ll ever be able to truly see her as my sister. My parents seemed to be surprised by my response. They paused for a while and then said soon they will adopt her legally, so I should accept she’s going to be my sister. I don’t know why but I felt so hurt and I started crying. They tried to calm me down but I just couldn’t stop crying. I felt too overwhelmed and threw a little fit. My mom said she’s so disappointed in me and my dad told her to give me some time process things.
This morning they wanted to talk about this again but I didn’t want to. My mom told me I’m not a kid anymore and that I need to do better than this. Now I can’t help but feel resentful towards Julia. I know she’s just a kid but part of me even thinks she told them about that birthday wish of hers on purpose to make me look bad.
