Então, eu conheci esse cara (30M) no tinder há 2 meses e ele é alguém muito centrado e trabalhador. Por mais estranho que seja a nossa diferença de idade, nós somos muito parecidos e temos gostos e opniões quase iguais em tudo. Saímos algumas vezes e ele sempre foi EXTREMAMENTE cavalheiro e me tratou muito muito bem. No 3° date fomos pra casa dele e, depois de jantarmos e assistirmos um filme, fomos para a cama. Foi a minha primeira vez com qualquer pessoa (ele não sabia até o momento em que já estávamos lá). Ele foi muito atencioso o tempo todo e realmente se preocupava comigo, ele também quis que eu ficasse deitada e abraçada com ele por um bom tempo depois. Acontece que depois desse dia eu fui viajar por duas semanas, na virada do ano, e ele continuou mantendo contato comigo. Me mandava mensagens todos os dias e até comprou um presente de natal. Quando eu voltei da viagem, nós saímos de novo algumas vezes (algumas fomos para a casa dele e outras não rolou nada). Ele sempre pede para eu dormir lá e parece realmente se importar com como eu estou me sentindo. Também me deu outros presentes e sempre insiste em pagar a conta, me buscar e me deixar em casa. Apesar de tudo isso, eu sempre tive plena consciência que caras mais velhos assim geralmente não querem nada além de sexo. Por isso, sempre manti uma certa distância emocional (por mais que eu realmente goste MUITO dele). Ele por outro lado não mantém essa distância: fala frequentemente sobre o quanto gosta de mim e tudo mais. Hoje fazem dois meses que estamos saindo e ele continua conversando comigo todos os dias, sempre sendo muito carinhoso, me convidando para sair de vez em quando, mas sem insistir. Vocês acham que é coisa da minha cabeça pensar que esse cara realmente gosta de mim e quer algo mais sério?

Hey! I’m sure this has been asked before, I have two packages coming from the US that are “on route to Canada” from LA as of the 10th and 11th of Jan.
I had another package coming from the same place that was delivered last week that was ordered at the same time.
What could be happening? Just backlog at CBSA? Have the packages even made it there for review? Am I just unlucky? lol any insight would be helpful. Also, just to clarify I’m not impatient or upset/angry etc, just curious as I ordered these back in November haha

Ok, not really broken as I don't really care anymore. I don't even know why I keep trying. So, I went to a dance session with someone I've recently met. Literally, this was the second time we saw each other.
We attended the class, enjoyed the session (a lot), danced together, and only on our way back to the underground they mention their partner. My internal reaction.
Well damn. The dance session was really fun, tho.

Hence I have rented a small appartement near my new job. That means I am having a main residence address in Sarrebruck and a secondary address in Frankfurt due to professional reasons. My employer offered me the possibility to take a company car. I looked in the taxation rules and I have seen 1% car catalogue price + 0.03% * 1% car catalogue price*km between residence and work adresses. In my case I don't get which address will be used for the calculation: my main adress in Sarrebruck or my second adress in frakfurt? The taxes differences are so huge between the two options I prefer understanding the rules before deciding. Many thanks

1. Background
- Patient Profile: Female (age can be included if comfortable), history of mild fatty liver that doctors weren’t very concerned about previously.
- Relevant History: No known significant past medical issues except the mild fatty liver.
- Severe Right Upper Quadrant Pain: One night, she had an intense pain attack on the right side of her abdomen.
- ER Visit: The doctors found her gallbladder was severely infected/inflamed (acute cholecystitis).
- Surgery: She underwent gallbladder removal (cholecystectomy) the next day. Her gallbladder was so infected that they also placed a surgical drain.
- Immediate Aftermath: She felt very tired and still had some pain for a couple of days post-op.
- Elevated Bilirubin: Lab tests showed high bilirubin levels, so the surgeon ordered an MRI to check for possible retained stones in the common bile duct; none were found.
- Recovery: After a few days, she started feeling a bit better and was discharged with medications.
- Initial Labs: AST, ALT, GGT, and ALP were very high (all >100). No viral hepatitis (hepatitis A, B, C) detected.
- Subsequent Labs:
- Second test: Enzymes dropped but were still above normal.
- Third test: AST, ALT, and GGT continued to drop, but ALP went up slightly again.
- Additional Tests: Autoimmune markers, cholesterol, and other relevant labs were normal.
