Hi everyone! My frenchie is amazing but she is completely blind. Sometimes she can not find the door or a training pad to use the bathroom on. She’s learning but I was just wondering if it would be acceptable to diaper her sometimes just in case. If this would be too stressful (because she couldn’t see what’s happening) I understand. A couple of days ago I posted a picture of a 东北 mainlander admirably carrying bundles of pounds by using a bamboo shoulder pole as if it was nothing.
During my days in Hong Kong, something called my attention: pretty much every building under renovation I saw had the exterior scaffolding system assembled with bamboo. After doing some research, I’ve found out Hong Kong is well-known for its wide use of bamboo in construction, including that of skyscrapers.
I was aware of bamboo’s resistance but not to the point construction developers would still rely on it to build even opera houses and tall buildings. 真的牛逼。

Just a quick question regarding the triggers that would occur with the cards mentioned above when the 1/1 [[Pest]] with "when this creature dies, you gain 1 life";
My friend sees it as the Pest dying itself causes a domino effect to trigger [[Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose]] which would trigger twice due to [[Drivnod, Carnage Dominus]] which states "if a creature dying causes a triggered ability of a permanenet...".
Whereas I see it as the Pest dies which causes the life gain, and it's that life gain that causes Vito to trigger. Drivnod would not make Vito's ability trigger twice as it was the life gain from the Pest dying that causes Vito to trigger, not the death itself.
Would the Pest's ability of "gain 1 life" trigger twice when it dies due to Drivnod?
Can anyone give an insight into the rulings of this trigger situation & how it would actually play out? Thanks.

I re-introduced low IG carbs and upped my electrolytes to feel better, but I'm really not great 24h later. Shall I be worried, any tips? I don't feel fainty right now, but I'm very tired, with a lingering headache...

I've been eating low carb for ages. My HOMA score is 0.4 so I'm actually very sensitive to carb already.
My husband is on keto though, he feels great on it, so most of the time I just eat a paleo-ish diet, i.e I eat a lot of what he eats, but I add more veggies and some whole grains (quinoa and buckwheat).
Anyway, I starting eating less grains lately, and after a few days I suddenly started feeling off, very-very tired, headache and tense jaw muscles, and the days before I experienced food cravings and sudden fatigue... I could hardly function.
Yesterday I checked my ketones with my husband's keto mojo - 0.9 ml/dL. My husband couldn't believe it. True, I had been hiking the previous day and didn't eat much, but I did eat veggies and a bit of buckwheat, as well as eggs and avocado in the morning.
Since I'm leaving on a business trip, I decided this was not the right time to experiment anything. So I significantly uped my salt intake, considering I was probably suffering from an electrolyte imbalance. I re-introduced more low IG carbs to quit ketosis, while trying to avoid an insulin spike and subsequent hypoglycemia. I ate an avocado and slowly ate a banana to increase potassium, and took a magnesium supplement (I'm not deficient in the first place, just trying to balance things out).
Today, a little less than 24 hours after finding out my ketone levels, I'm still struggling - is this normal ? I woke up during the night with a headache, I'm boarding my plane but with very little energy, and frankly I'm a bit worried.
I must add that I'm on Lamical and very sensitive to this med, so maybe there was some interaction with the drug level? What has been your experience with Keto and Lamictal?
Any reassurance or suggestions are welcome, although I know it's not medical advice. Of course if I feel worse, I'll consult a doctor.
I've been passionately reading a lot on medical KD for mental health, but it seems so powerful that I'm afraid I'll never tolerate it...

I’ve searched the internet and can’t find some basic feedback for 3rd gens.
I acquired some new Bilstein 5100’s for my 2000 4Runner. I don’t have the budget or time to wait for new/different springs.
The factory springs are still in great shape. All I’m looking for is to level the rig, I don’t want to set the Bilstein up and install them to end up with a negative rake.
With the factory spring on the 5100, what’s the best setting to use to achieve as close to level as possible?

I’m already 21 and didn’t got C E E grades in A-Levels. I don’t think any university will accept me with these grades so I need some help. My options are:
• Do an international foundation year at a university and then get into a good university in Lahore or abroad.
• Try to get into a lower ranked university with these current grades.
• Give a retest for A-Levels (I don’t think I will get much better grades I give a retest in just about 5 months)
