Bonjour à tous
Dans le cadre d'un détachement à l'étranger, mon entreprise, sur principe d'égalisation fiscale, me prélèvera un impôt "théorique", calculé avec mon brut annuel, lissé sur 12 mois et qui servirait à financer mon détachement (allocations, impôts locaux, primes de déménagement, mutuelles internationales etc.) et m'impose de lui reverser tous remboursements d'impôts que je percevrais pendant et à l'issu de la mission.
Or, cette mission débuterais en milieu d'année et je ne sais trop pour quelle raison, mon taux personnalisé est très élevé depuis un solde de tout compte en fin d'année dernière, donc j'aurai probablement un remboursement en 2026 sur 2025. Au vu de mon salaire, c'est très probable que je sois remboursé la totalité de mon PAS du début d'année y compris le trop versé dû à un taux élevé puisque je serai rémunéré à l'étranger.
La Société toucherait donc un remboursement sur un salaire perçu en amont de la mission (et probablement de la signature de l'avenant), et davantage puisqu’une partie me serait effectivement due car trop perçue (mensuellement). Le tout pour financer une mission qui n'aurait pas commencé au prélèvement de l'impôt réel.
J'ai le sentiment que l'entreprise récupérera de l'argent "gratuitement" des impôts : de mon point de vue c'est transparent, c'est comme si je payais mon PAS mais l'entreprise récupèrerai ça sans effort. Elle aurait dans ce cas intérêt à me faire partir au moment ou je passe la première tranche d'IR pour maximiser sa récup de remboursement, et c'est d'ailleurs ce qu'il se passe.
Mon analyse est-elle bonne ? Est-ce autorisé pour une entreprise d'imposer de lui reverser l'impôt dans ce cadre là ? Est-ce "juste" d'appliquer ce principe en amont de la mission ?

highly considering attending burrell NM if i don’t get into a school in CA or AZ. I am interested in EM as of now and was wondering if it would affect how I match in the future. i know a lot of it is up to me (good test scores, volunteering, research, good clinical evals), but was wondering if it could be possible for me to match somewhere like one of the UC schools, loma linda, USC, etc? might be a dumb question but i don’t know too much about how school name can affect matching/what kind of places are out of the question. thank y’all so much :)

I wish I took a screenshot before reporting the message, but some random person (icloud email) sent me a screenshot of my most recent YT video on iMessage and asked if I was the owner of the video. It was on a Tube Buddy site. This really shook me up. I switched my iMessage to be for phone numbers only. But does this happen to you guys at all? Or is this some way of people trying to hack your account? I am by no means a big channel either. How do you protect your privacy on YT?
