2025.01.20 18:51 SealedRoute How to get fluffy, chewy Detroit pizza crust?
I am having a great time making Detroit style pizzas. The chewy cheese crust is the best, and the pan really caramelizes and browns the dough nicely.
But I have still not figured out how to make a really good crust texture-wise. I sometimes buy Detroit style pizza from a place in town that has the lightest, slightly glutinous crumb. It reminds me of the inside of a French baguette, at once and elastic, but toothsome. I’ve tried same day doughs and cold fermenting up to 72 hours, and my crust always comes out dense and heavy. If I can crack this last mystery of the perfect Detroit style pizza dough, I will ascend to pizza divinity. Any recommendations?

I go to a tae kwon do club every Monday and Wednesday as well as playing cello. I went to the kwon do to get closer to my friend but now that he's left I feel that this is useless, I've already progressed to red stripe and found it to be more of chore than learning to defend myself. With my cello I don't understand a single complicated thing, I joined orchestra and as soon as I got the sheet music I got confused. I feel like I'm faking until I make it, as well as that I also live an hour from my school and I get trauma because I broke my cello so every trip just ignites that trauma but my dad will kill me if I quit because he had to pay 200 pounds so I'm stuck in this loop where I don't understand anything. 2025.01.20 18:51 Knox_Egg Guaranteed disconnect every time I join (PS5)
I recently got sea of theives and I really love it but EVERY TIME join (and stay for at least 5 minutes) i am guaranteed that my playstation will turn off and disconnect me. It lets me rejoin the session but I quite often I'm in battle or about to crash and it very annoying. Then in about 20minute intervals it just freezes and I can't do anything so I have to restart the game. (It does let me rejoin the session) Do they plan to do anything about this or is it just me with these problems.

 | I've been waiting for Boothill to rerun for so long now, I'm so happy I'll finally be able to S5 him. I started saving for this man when his first ever leaks dropped, skipping every new character (excluding Ruan Mei), and ending up with being able to use about 700 pulls for his first banner. The result was E6S3 by some grace of God. Finally I get to complete my favorite cowboy of all time <33 Also as a note, I chose Fugue/RM over Fugue/Bronya for the team here simply because I like RM more than Bronya as a character. I know each level of INT equates to roughly 2% more xp, but does INT also affect your season pass progression? As in does it increase the amount of season pass xp you get from daily challenges, etc?
I looked this up and couldn’t find a straight answer I am sure it has been discussed to death.
