Usually when I get the flu, I am bedridden for 4-6 weeks. Like I can't sit up or stand up for long periods of time for 4-6 weeks. The fatigue just crushes me, and I am extremely disabled. This has been the case for the past 20 years- I get flu about every 4 years- and this happens whether I get the flu shot or not. I seem to have a hard time with respiratory viruses generally, as I have had a terrible time with covid as well.
I got Flu A 2 weeks ago, and I found suggested on Earth Clinic website high doses of Lysine, an amino acid. I knew Lysine helps with herpes viruses and shingles, but I read that it can also help with Flu and Covid. Well, it has been nothing short of miraculous. I have been functional the entire time I've had the flu. I mean, Im minorly fatigued and have had headaches, chills, cough, but I have only had to take short naps on 2 of the last 12 days. From what I've read, it seems, you need to be cautious about this if you have kidney or gallbladder issues, but if you are normally healthy and take it short term, it is safe. I have been taking 2000mg, 3x per day. I plan to take this for 3 weeks total and then stop. Also, I have avoided arginine foods since those strengthen viruses. (I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice-- just saying what worked for me)

So i've got a question, say you're maybe like 100,000 Mastery in a champion, you play them but want to climb ranked with them, and you're against a player with 2 million mastery in a champion, how do you lane against that and what do you realistically do to:
A) WIn that lane
B) at least semi lose the lane in not a terrible way
Anyone got any tips here?

2025.01.20 22:38 steelobigs How can I prove to the police that someone stole my car parts and used them on their car?
They stole a bumper, all 4 wheels, my rear trunk and a spoiler. I know who stole them or has them, all I have for proof is my DOT number for one tire, and a specific marking on the bumper that I have photo proof of. I’ve read about tire pressure monitor sensor ID numbers but I’m not sure how to retrieve those numbers without the wheels, if I can do that I can prove they have my wheels, and it’ll strengthen my case even more.

2025.01.20 22:38 GeorgiaPilot172 Worth it to switch out muzzle devices?
Hey everyone, I’m looking at buying my first suppressor. I currently have a SureFire 3 prong on my 16in rifle. My local gun store has Polonium K suppressors in stock, but says RC2 is “special order” whatever that means.
My question is, is it worth it to swap out the 3 prong for a new muzzle device and adapter for the polonium K? Even with that I’d still be saving around $400 with the polonium K ($700 vs $1,170 for RC2). Is the RC2 that much better of a suppressor that I’m better off spending the extra cash?
