A few things which seem connected:
Hugo at the end of Lycaon’s agent story seemed to be behaving like an antagonist.
In the Bangboo vs Ethereals event, Coach Aster said he had overheard Hugo talking about "secret TOPS files". So it seems Mockingbird have an interest in TOPS.
In the 1.5 trailer, Astra seems to be being pursued by an unknown organisation who are threatening her because of her involvement with TOPS.
As we're expecting Mockingbird to show up in the story, it seems likely to me that the organisation after Astra is them. I wonder if the reason the character models and weapons of Hugo and Vivian are in the story are because we're going to fight them?
I kind of hope so, that sounds like a really cool boss fight!

I’ve been watching football for decades, and I’m honestly at my wits’ end with what’s happening to the game right now. Historical clubs are playing dreadful football, and the fans and pundits don’t seem to grasp the gravity of what they’re witnessing. It’s like we’ve lost all common sense and replaced it with this bizarre, hybrid version of football that’s completely alien to me.
Take Manchester United, for example. They’ve gone and hired a manager straight out of the Portuguese league—a league dominated by 2-3 teams with tiny budgets and questionable quality—to bring in some nonsensical tactics that clearly don’t belong in the Premier League. And every week, this manager gives press conferences full of gibberish, calling the team “the worst” or spouting other nonsense, and somehow, he’s untouchable. No one critiques him! Contrast that with Ten Hag, a far more capable manager who was ripped to shreds by the media and fans. It’s infuriating.
Then there’s Tottenham, who thought it was a great idea to bring in an Australian manager with zero top-level experience outside of places like Yokohama Marinos and Celtic. He’s burning out their squad with his absurd tactics and training methods, yet half the fans are hypnotized into supporting him while the other half scream at the chairman. Make it make sense.
Arsenal? Managed by a guy with a Lego haircut who, let’s be honest, wouldn’t be where he is without some incredibly talented players carrying the team. He’s completely unlikeable, and yet people keep hyping him up as some sort of genius.
And don’t get me started on Manchester City. Pep, the “unhinged divorcee,” is managing the most corrupt football club on the planet, sitting on a mountain of Saudi oil money. The FA turns a blind eye while they dominate the league, and people are out here idolizing Haaland like he’s the second coming of Christ when the guy looks completely lost half the time.
This isn’t the football I grew up with. This feels like some Frankenstein mix of La Liga, the Portuguese league, and a touch of Italian spaghetti chaos. Where’s the grit, the common sense, and the identity of English football? Where are the real managers—Ferguson, Allardyce, Hodgson, Redknapp, Clough, Venables, Robson? Can you imagine Clough playing Amorim-style tactics? Or Big Sam spouting the rubbish these modern managers do in press conferences?
I feel completely alienated. The game I love is slipping away, and it’s like everyone’s asleep at the wheel, accepting this woke, ridiculous version of football without question. Am I the only one losing my mind over this?
