Current non-trad thinking about moving into anesthesiology as a career.. One (of many reasons) I made the switch from a career in business/tech to medicine was the ability to potentially avoid the ass-kissing, colossal egos/difficult personalities, relentless self promotion, and backstabbing that you see in more traditional high-octane corporate jobs. Know generally, in medicine, you can't really avoid this, and as but perhaps anesthesiology, given the (relatively) straightforward method in which patients are treated, are a little bit different?

My entertainment unit has the following issues - iphone disconnects frequently (tried several cables, shows as charging, etc so not phone/cable issue) and unit goes dark completely. I’ve rebooted the unit several times and still have issues. Anyone else have this issue and any suggestions short of going to the dealer. Thanks

I've just discovered a game that reminds me of Terraria mixed with the automation of Factorio.
I've gotten only partially through the tutorials in the free demo, so please take what I say with a grain of salt.
The parts of the game that I've seen so far remind me of Terraria in graphics style, mining mechanic, and crafting. The game seems to have a rich and robust set of automation tools, including wiring, diodes, latches, actuators, switches, etc...
Unfortunately/fortunately, at least so far it doesn't seem to have any of the lifeforms in Terraria, and no bosses or combat from what I can see. It purely focuses on crafting, building, and automation.
Aaand... it's kind of fun, and I think it will be enjoyed by some Factorio Fans.
Disclosure: I have no affiliation with the developer of Roody:2D nor with the game itself. I am just a random person enjoying this obscure little game and want to share the discovery with you.

I know these really aren’t exactly complete matches to be comparing. I have a trial size of the Ilia the base face milk. Which I have enjoyed using before applying makeup. Still VERY new to me. Have only used it maybe a few times so I haven’t put it to the full test. But I keep hearing so many people who enjoy the Rhode glazing milk which has me considering buying. Also have heard good things about some of her other products.
I’m wondering if it’s worth trying it? I have combo skin. Previously I would just say oily. Now I’m combo leaning oily (on Tretinoin that gives me some dry spots). Plus I live in Florida so humid climate comes into play. I have larger pores (which I know these may not impact that). I also deal with some adult acne. I know everyone’s different so I won’t know unless I try it. But looking for others experiences.
Do you enjoy either of these? How has it worked in your routine? Is there one you prefer and why?
Looking forward to hearing experiences.

Anyone know anything about this?  | Naturally my hair is a very dark brown, but I like coloring it. Asked before and people might have a point about not doing platinum.... I hate to admit that. You can see some of the colors I have done and the first two pictures are natural color. I know I want to do something, but looking at options. I like Lunar Tides, so suggestions from them would be great, but can try to get other brands and look/consider them. Please provide suggestions. So I got a Lenovo yoga slim with 3 year warranty more than a year ago then suddenly it started not working without being plugged and sometimes it restarts. I took it sa service centre then after few weeks (initially sabi days lang to diagnose) it was a battery issue and they quoted be 10k 😥 :( it will shipped from Lenovo and they will install it with a lead time of 120days.. it an official service centre so I assume it's original.
Sorry if there was a previous post, but any recommendations where could I repai replace the battery much cheaper.... Or should I just get it done. I live in metro manila, thank you in advance 🙇

2025.01.20 23:11 Illy_Gilly PS5 Green Screen only on 4K Port
Hi everyone,
As the title suggests, I am running my PS5 on a Sony A95L, connected to the 4K port yesterday and everything was fine. Turned on today and the screen is green. Plugged the HDMI cable in and out a couple times, changed HDMI cables, reset the PS5, turned HDR on/off, changed the resolution and no fix. I plugged the PS5 into another HDMI port and that fixed the issue, but plugging back into the 4K port caused the green screen to return.
To see if it was an issue with the 4K port, I plugged my apple tv into it and no issues.
Does anyone have any insight on how to fix this?
