I want to give players a random buff effect on killing another player like strength, saturation etc.
and de-buff effects for players who gets killed like mining fatigue, hunger etc.
I want the number of effects and the amplification of the effects to increase every time a player kills another player or dies to another player.

I only had one all day. This is amazing, normally I’d be on atleast 3-4 by now. I think something about opening up to this group and admitting I had a problem somehow made my day less stressful. I'm in crisis and this month I've been so depressed. The past week I just keep bursting into tears lol. On Saturday tho I was smiling and laughing and then on Sunday and Monday I went back to crying mode.
But now my bf messaged and we're going to meet up tomorrow and I haven't seen him in over a month so I am over the moon! I feel so full of energy and I want to do a million things to get ready even tho I know I should sleep. Also I know full well that I'm going to come crashing back down in a couple days and probably feel worse tbh but idc. I mean even as I'm typing this I'm still having urges to self harm so it's probably going to be bad but it is what it is. I'm kinda just glad to feel something other than sad or empty in this current moment.
Also last week my GP referred me to CMHT and I've asked to be referred to the crisis team but it sounds like they're going to take some time to discuss my case so idk what's happening. In the meantime I have a check up thing with my old therapist but at the moment I think I need more regular support than just a one off appointment. I do think she's going to be horrified when I give her a run down of everything going on lmao. I can already hear her telling me to ring back CMHT with a DEAR MAN FAST (a DBT skill) to make sure they listen to me.
I also know tomorrow is going to be like 3º but I have a strong urge to wear a dress so lets hope I either don't get freeze or that someone can talk some sense into me.

What are yalls favorite apps for logging meals? I’ve been using “LoseIt!” for months, but I almost always have to tweak the fat/carb/protein number. Not the end of the world but it is annoying that I can’t trust it. Like just today I took a photo of a bone broth label where it literally said 50 calories on the front & the app got the name correct but it put 35 calories. Is any other app more accurate? Thanks!

2025.01.21 02:09 SacredDoughnut1 brand new to vacuums - looking for recs
So as the title states, I'm new to the vacuum market. My parents somehow, despite living in a hcol area in a probably $1m+ home, do not have an actual vacuum outside of a handheld or two that would pass as car vacuums. They usually hire independent cleaners to come over and clean the house and so they use their own vacuum but my mom is slightly concerned about that from a "who knows where that's been" pov. Dad was like "nah we don't need one" so I decided that I would just buy one for the house and take it with me whenever I decide to move out.
My parent's home is all hardwood flooring ground floor and upstairs. There are some large rugs on the ground floor, in the formal living and dining rooms. The basement is 80% what im assuming is low pile carpet, with the rest being split between tiles and laminated flooring.
My budget is probably going to be 300 max. If there are some that are slightly above that, I will look into them. I know they can get a lot more expensive but I'm not really comfortable balling out on a vacuum just yet.
