Honestly i guess im posting here because i feel so fucking depressed because ive been feeling like shit all the time and want to know if there is a light at the end of the tunnel. My tsh level was 18 and they took my blood to test for free t3 and t4 levels along with thyroid antibodies (since i have psoriasis they suspect hashimotos).
I am 22 (biologically f if that matters). My diet and exercise routine honestly has always been shit. I want to improve it but because of the exhaustion it’s so hard to have the motivation to try. Even taking a walk sounds exhausting.
My symptoms are awful. I have random body aches, my left hand hurts so bad and showing signs of severe carpal tunnel (its waking me up sometimes) and its hard to use my hand without a brace, i think my face and eyes are almost always puffy, my doctor noted i have a goiter, my voice is indeed hoarse, i am extremely lethargic and feel so much fatigue, i am fat, i sleep so much, my concentration is bad, i feel lightheaded and vertigo when i feel extremely exhausted, headache sometimes, i am pretty constipated and i think my gut health has decreased, my head feels tender when i am super exhausted and i feel like it is worst when i lay down, i have shortness of breath, loss of appetite, weakness, my nails are dry and brittle, nausea, and very very depressed especially recently.
I know i probably could alleviate the symptoms a little bit and probably shouldve treated myself better but i think my depression and anhedonia has gotten the better of me. Right now im just waiting to call the doctor to see if theyre finished. They took my blood tuesday and theyre ofc closed bc of mlk jr day. The anticipation has been killing me. I feel honestly with my tsh levels and symptoms that there is no way it is subclinical and if it is… ig something else is making me feel super bad.
Cause of my health ive just been laying in bed a lot and it is impacting my mental health a lot and my relationship with my partner. This has also affected my performance at work. Ive even gotten written up. It sucks. Nobody understands how bad ive felt. I feel like im gonna die. Ive been having a lot of palpitations. Idk if thats normal!
Thanks for reading this. And sorry if it is very rambly and not coherent. I have been on edge and having a mental breakdown tbh which is gonna make things worst . But feel free to put your stories or advice id like to hear.

I want to run next cloud as a cloud storage but I only want to access it only my local WiFi, and not out of it. I’ve seen so many guides on how to set up a cloud storage server and access it outside of your home WiFi, but I don’t want to do that as I’m not looking to get hacked. And since I’m a very big beginner at this, I don’t know how to set it up. If possible, can someone give me a step by step to set it up on windows? I would rather not set it up on anything else like Linux cuz if a problem arose, I wouldn’t be able to service it. On windows, I likely can. Thank you

Hi! I hope someone could answer my question. Is it okay po ba na meron kang other scholarship grant aside from UniFAST?
Kase, I applied sa UniFast upon enrollment namin noong 1st yr, meron kaming pinirmahan na form and sabi nila, school daw mismo yung mag aapply. Sa school namin, halos lahat ng students pinaapply. Hindi pa naman sure if makakapasok sa grantees since iaasses pa ng ched if pasok ka or hindi so I applied din sa ibang scholarship. Nakapasa ako sa scholarship sa congressman ng district namin. Ngayong enrollment this second sem (2nd yr), ngayon ko lang nalaman na na grant pala yung application namin since wala talagang updates about doon and nag inquire ako before na ipapawaive ko sana yung akin and sabe magbibigay lang daw ng updates. Pag enroll ko, nasa list na pala ako ng grantees. Kinontact ko agad yung coordinator namin for scholarship ni cong if it is okay and sabi niya magpass pa din daw ako for second sem ng renewal namin and by next year na lang daw ako tatanggalin pero magtatanong pa daw sya sa head nila. Is it okay ba na meron akong other scholarship? 🥹 Baka kasi mawala UniFast ko, mahal pa naman ng tuition and malaki talaga bawas uhuhu. I did not expect din kase na magagrant ako since nag inquire na ako sa student services na magpapawaive and i-note daw nila un. Thank you!

 | Printed on X1C using PETG-HF. It’s a rather large print with sharp corners so I have the fan on about 10-20%. The door is closed and the chamber fan is on 70%. The aux fan is off. I dried the filament for 6 hours at 60C. This was printed after I had a successful print using half of the spool, so the filament here is closer to the inside.
