Hey everyone, so for the past like 12 months, I've been having severe issues. I've been having sinus pressure in my forehead, stuffed nose, plugged ears, my eyelids get squinty and eyes get red, and my right side of tongue goes numb and same with upper lip making it difficult to talk and focus and do anything. I've had coordination issues amongst other things. I've been to the doctor, I've tried steroids, antibiotics, prescription allergy meds, everything. I had a CT scan, and a brain MRI scan, and we can't figure out what's going on. So what I have figured out now, is that anytime I eat literally any amount of gluten, all this stuff happens within 10 minutes of consumption. I get super bloated, hurt stomach, it feels like literal nerve pain running down my legs and my stomach, I get super anxious and get extreme body chills and muscle aches, amongst the other head stuff and tongue/facial numbness. When I stop gluten at all costs, I get better and everything seems to go away (given I haven't been on a long gluten free streak). I had dinner the other night with my grandparents and they made sure not to use gluten, but then afterwards my tongue went numb and everything else, and then we found out the cornbread muffin mix had wheat in it. I went to a cafe today and I told them no gluten, so they offered me gluten free bread, they asked if it was an allergy or an intolerance, I don't know rn so I just said intolerance. But afterwards, 10 min actually, my tongue was going slightly numb and now I've got all my issues again. I guess what I'm asking is if this is something any of you guys experience? Or what would you guys think about this stuff? I get a Celiac blood test tomorrow along with a food allergy panel test. So hopefully I'll get some answers. But I've been miserable for like a year. I literally look high after I eat gluten. I got tested in 2021 and it came back negative, but I wasn't having any issues with gluten at that point in my life; only now for about a Year.

Hi all - I live in the GTA but bought a pre-owned vehicle registered in Quebec and continuously serviced in Laval. I posted on a car forum earlier to ask whether that was a bad idea - some replies indicated that Quebec cars, and particularly Montreal, take a real beating due to the potholes + salt and should be avoided like the plague. I figured I would ask the question here if there is any truth to that.
So, Montrealers, do you only buy your vehicles new? Do your pre-owned vehicles break down within the month? How bad is it really? How screwed am I?

I can’t find anything about anyone having this happen to them so maybe someone can help me. Twice in my life I’ve had a fleeting moment that felt like I saw something vivid and specific in my “third eye”. These events have made me question and get closer to the field of psychic/supernatural/spiritual ever since. I can be specific as to the affected moments if you like. One involves an Underground Railroad house and the second is that I was with people and no one else saw what I thought I saw.(I also have very vivid dreams all the time and I’ve told them to people and they seemed very interested about some aspects of my dreams;had dejavu a couple times through dreams.) sometimes I just feel like I’m crazy

Just found out about Unclaimed in TX! Found a few for mom and I. My dad passed away 15 years ago. We could not find his will when he passed. I see various things on here that are likely him. I can get his SSN (I think) but I don't think we have a death certificate anymore. What would we need to claim these things? Also, there are half a dozen that are $0. They are "Underlying Shares." What's that about? Am I a legal Heir? Mom is still alive, will she need to do this? Any help is appreciated.

Hi all. Sorry for the dumb question, as I know these two things don't totally correlate, but my roommate is telling me that my taxes may be wrong. I'm filling out on TaxAct with my current W-2: I made about $48000 this year (2024), as opposed to $31,000 last year (2023), but last year $10,000 of it was one a 1099 and I ended up owing about $650 in state & federal taxes combined. This year there's no 1099, just the income reported on my W-2, and though my withholding was 0 I still owe about $600 in federal taxes. Did I/my employer mess something up? Or do I really have to bite it and pay the $600? Haven't filed yet, but just wanted to see if something was being messed up before I go to an expert. Thanks!

The big frame with the floral fabric is glued together by a hope and a dream and I have to smash it against the mirror with something heavy. I was playing with my family the other night and my sister pointed out that it was weird that players in the middle section didn't have acces to a spell from the get go. For what I've read on the manual, it does not adresses this so, do you think there's just a net disadvantage beggining in the middle of the board or is there some balance that I'm overlooking?
