One topic I've not seen much about is what people are doing to reduce their scar... particularly those with an open incision. I had an open repair nearly 7 weeks ago and a scar about 10-11cm.
I have found very good success with the following
- Compression socks during the day (20-30mmHg). Double win really.
- Scar massage daily. I have this little ball that I use and it was painful and uncomfortable initially but seems to have been a great idea.
- Silicon tape at night. Prior to tape I used silicon gel but I prefer the tape.

Excited for Topps Chrome, but will certainly miss Select! What a fun rip it has been.

I firmly believe an intruder was responsible for what happened, but I think the Ramseys found JonBenét before the police arrived. To avoid being blamed for poor parenting or potentially facing charges for neglect, I believe Patsy wrote the ransom note. This could explain why the note closely resembles her handwriting and why the family didn’t seem overly concerned about waiting for the so-called kidnapper’s follow-up call.
Open to respectful discussion - and I’m sure there’s elements I’m missing - but the evidence: stun gun, unknown male DNA etc makes me think it was an intruder. There was even a man who intruded another little girls house (who went to her dance studio) in Denver.
Finally, if they did it I do not believe for a second they would keep spending time and money looking for her killer if they knew who did it. Even if their ego maniacs - theyd want to just move on, put it to rest and spend the rest of their life knowing they got away with murder IMO.

I'm not sure what you guys write... I wouldn't know where to start, I love some pictures I saw her of journals with colours, drawings, stickers and pictures!!! They're all very cute.
My problem is I've been going through a lot of trauma and health issues. I want to focus on building myself back and positivity. I was wondering if you guys had times for me? It could also be a place where I could monitor my progress..... I don't wan't for it to he unorganized but please if you have tips I'd love to hear about it!
