Hey, so I've been in and out of loom knitting for years, but due to some lifestyle changes I wanna make and the bunches of yarn my friend gracefully donated to me, I am getting back into it. Most of the looms I have are those bulky circular looms that Michael's & Joann's (RIP 🙏) sell. I've got a decent amount of very thin/fine yarn, like a bit thicker than embroidery floss, and also some big chonkers and I was wondering if there are looms that can suit those types of yarn. If so, where could I go to shop?

Hello guys, I’m a female in my late 20s and for a year I was in a toxic relationship. It was on and off, and it ended on us blocking each other and moving on. My ex was facing some criminal charges and yesterday was his trial. I sent him a message saying good luck and that everything was going to be OK. Mind you I have moved on from him. The only reason I messaged him was out of empathy, and since the incident happened before me last year. The morning of the trial, he replied saying, thank you and then started keeping me posted which was OK with me until he found out what he was going to be on house arrest, and then started messaging me paragraphs on how well he was doing in life. He was bragging about how he’s a famous streamer now earning lots of money and still single. I told him I was happy for him and glad that he’s doing well. However, as he kept bragging, there was not even a single time where he asked about how I was doing or if I was well would reminded me he still the selfish person he was before. He then went on to tell me that he always thought I was the one for him and that he’s always had me in his heart and head, but he can’t do long distance and he realizes I can’t move. This was funny to me because not once did I try to get with him or tell him I had feelings or anything of that sort. It was like he was rejecting me or turning me down without me, even asking to be with him. So weird. I told him that I had accepted the reality that we were never going to be together months ago and I had no such expectations reaching out. I told him we shouldn’t even be talking about this and I’m happy. The trial is behind us and that we can move on with our lives. I wished him well and he did the same. I just want to know why would he tell me he still has feelings for me and then reject me even though I didn’t even asked to be with him in the first place. Thank you in advance

I’m not a handyman type so I’ll probably suck at explaining this.
My office chairs tension control knob broke off. The remaining piece a perfect circle, but requires a good bit of strength to turn, and my pliers and wrenches are sliding regardless of how hard I clamp down due to it being a perfect circle.
How do you turn a perfect circle? I need like a ratcheting drill bit for my impact driver or something. Any tips would be appreciated

 | I posted a little while ago that i was planning on refurbishing a set of 13 inch Enkei wheels off a Honda Logo GA3 (JDM only, predecessor to the Honda Jazz/Fit) in 13x5 ET35 I planned initially to strip the clear coat and paint bronze with a spray can, but finding such a colour proved difficult, often out of stock. I ended up getting them acid bathed and powder coated in in Bronze Copper Pearl. $720 NZD total ($400 USD) for wheels from a Parts yard, prepping the wheels and powder coating. I was thinking that maybe combining the mix of the two careers might be fun/ more enjoyable (erp\automotive). Has anyone worked in this area, or know of the types of companies that have clients that are automotive based? And originally the top sticker was covered by another Black and white sticker. I was able to successfully remove the black and white sticker, however it left LOTS of residue. Need advice...
So I'm working my way through the entire dragon quest mainline series and am loving it. I've recently finished the Snes remakes of the Erdrick trilogy and need to move on to 4. Only issue is I can't decide between the DS game and the mobile version.
I realize that the mobile version is the superior port because of the party dialogue... but I absolutely abhor touch controls. Also, I'm emulating and the speed up/turbo/no frame limit really helps with grinding. Plus I have a lot of games to play and it helps to cut down on the hours spent.
I've seen a video where someone was able to emulate the mobile port with a controller... but it seems like a pain in the ass to do. Plus I wouldn't have any turbo.
So I guess my question is: is the party dialogue is really that much of a game changer. How much would I be missing out on by playing the game on DS? Would it be worth the hassle to setup a controller plus not being able to toggle the frame limit? Thank you much for your time to anyone who gives their opinion.
