This is more of a conversation with myself than anything else.
I am 37 and I recently started gym 3 weeks ago after more than a decade of inactivity.
I am realizing that fitness has multiple dimensions and they all are interconnected. You need to develop not just strength but also focus on cardiovascular, mental, flexibility and mobility fitness as well.
My glutes and hamstrings are really tight which does not allow me to maintain a proper form during deadlifts. I am not able to sit cross-legged on the floor or go into deep squats with my heels on the ground.
I have to take a holistic approach and develop overall fitness to really consider myself as a fit individual.
Don't neglect flexibility and mobility as you try to get stronger in the gym.

I'm using FROM kasmweb/ubuntu-jammy-dind-rootless:1.15.0-rolling as base and I have to run it via docker-compose, since Kasm itself freezes my system (Arch) as soon as I install it (I can elaborate further if requested). Ya everyone usually wants disable constellations just because of C6 Bennet (not me I like mine) but I honestly want this function just to nerf my character either because they’re too strong with their constellations or something like I want to test things I WANT TO EXPERIMENT!!! I honestly don’t want to waste my money over trying to test things that just piques my interest and try myself because the character in my original account doesn’t have the right constellations to do it. Honestly I just don’t want to sweep things with a C6 Arlecchino overall even though I’ve been saving for her C6 because she’s a strong beauty that most people in my community likes and I’m just like them… so ya can we have disable constellations just to test things out?

Hi We bought Grandstream's UCM6302 with bunch of Grandstream phones, it's our first VoIP PBX, one of our issues now is BLF functionality, of course it's useful feature, but we need more granular control over it, now more tech savvy users can program the buttons on their phones and display show not only if the other extension is busy but who they're talking to, that's a privacy nightmare, i know i can turn this off in phone settings but i have to do it in every phone manually, i can't find any zeroconfig option for that or global option on the PBX etc, does anybody here know how could i control at least who can see whose status

Recently purchased The Dark Falcon, ARC-170 Starfighter and Asoka's Jedi star fighter.
I finished Ahsoka's Starfighter and am finishing up the ARC-170 Starfighter.
I know there's been a lot of controversy on the price cap on these sets but I'm personally really happy with what we got the fans are really eating these past couple years (IMO) I'm a newer collector and only have been collecting for 4 years but they have been releasing some really cool sets.

I’ve been going to the gym for about 3 months now, and I feel like I’m in a pretty good habit of getting there when I’m not working (travel and don’t always have access to a gym or workout room). My thing is I like going in the middle of the night, and I know you aren’t supposed to eat before bed. I’ve been having a protein shake after workouts but I wake up nauseous and starving consistently.
Is this normal, or are there other things I can have as a pre-bed snack that won’t screw with my weight loss goals but will fill me up enough that I don’t feel like absolute garbage in the mornings?
