I will assume the short answer is cause WCW was beating his ass for a while and worthy competition. But watching through it all, ECW is prominent in WWF/E throughout the years. I’m watching a 2006 episode of RAW right now and Tommy Dreamer makes his WWE debut, walking out with Mick Foley. Fans are holding ECW signs. I feel like we never say WCW signs or shirts in WWF (maybe security asked fans to keep that out?)
I guess one could argue that Vince didn’t have a side spot for ECW at all, as he brought it back in 06 to embarrass the hell out of it. Would’ve been cool to see a WCW revival in 02-03, considering we got nWo, Scott Steiner, and Goldberg these years, but maybe the invasion angle ruined any idea of that.

I'm an American who has lived in an Arabic-speaking country for the last six months or so. My dialect has improved a lot, but I've lost a lot of my FusHa skills. For context, I studied FusHa in university for three years (2020-2023), but my program wasn't amazing and I fear I've forgotten quite a bit. I take colloquial lessons quite frequently here, but any teacher concentrating in FusHa is inconveniently far or too expensive.
I'm applying for the CASA@AUC program which requires an intense FusHa exam: writing, reading, speaking, and listening. I don't think I can become a master by the March deadline, but I would like to refresh my skills and perhaps improve by a bit. I'm hoping to study through all of February. If anyone knows of any online programs, channels, or other methods they used for a FusHa refresh, that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

They were at a warehouse party everything was chill but now some giant has snapped for some reason cut the head off of one choom with a pop up melee blade and is now spraying full auto rifle fire into the crowd of party goers. Of coarse you only have your shitty gun mart special concealed in your pocket because you were not expecting trouble. Do you make a run for it? get to cover and make a frantic phone call for MAX-TAC? or are you brave/foolish enough to find another weapon and make a stand against it?
This is what my party is facing next week I have my CP stated out they are not something i am expecting the party to handle well but playing games for nearly a decade has taught me the dice give as much as they take away. Lucky for the PC's they have plenty of meat shields and other gang members at the party.

I want to start experimenting with colored light for amateur studio and outdoor night photography. I need something compact, so no big strobes. Here are some points I’m considering:
- Gels are much less expensive, but it seems like a hassle to put them on and take them off flashes all the time.
- RGB lights might help with the learning process, as I would be able to see how different colors interact with each other and my subjects.
- One Amaran Ace 25c costs $99, about the same as a used Godox TT685 flash.
- I’ve heard that LED lights can strain models’ eyes, which is understandable since they are a constant light source.
- I’m not interested in video work, and RGB lights are mostly marketed towards videographers.
- I can put softboxes and other modifiers on a flash. I don’t think it’s possible to attach similar modifiers to LED lights, aside from the small diffuser they come with.
