2025.01.21 08:24 domanpanda So newest Bitwarden android app does not store local copy of data anymore?
My vaultserver is old. Newest app cannot connect to it. Solution is to upgrade the server. BUT. Does it mean that newest app does not store local copy of data anymore? Previously if app was not able to connect it just did not sync the newest data. But would start anyway. Or is this a temporary problem and once i update the server (im waiting for stable release), newest app will sync its data and it will start to work the same way?
My case: my server is not exposed to internet. I can connect it t through VPN. So far i only needed it when i added/deleted things in Vaultwarden. But thats not a problem. The problem is that my wife does not want to use VPN. She sync her data where she is at home. If she will not be able to do it i will have to switch her to public bitwarden cloud.

Hi everyone! I have a non-CC friend who had a recent confirmed exposure and told me they think it will be ok because they plan to “get the booster now” which they think means the “booster” (updated mRNA vaccine) will now be at “peak effectiveness.”
I believe my friend is misinformed. My understanding is that mRNA COVID vaccines begin to provide the highest amount of protection about 2 weeks after immunization, and then protection slowly wanes from there. (Please correct me if this isn’t correct)
Do you know of any peer reviewed studies indicating that COVID vaccines of any kind provide protection as a post-exposure prophylactic measure? (Or, conversely, that it is harmful in any way to get a vaccine right at the outset of disease?)
Just want to make sure I have all the facts before I respond to my friend. Thanks!

Barnets første sygedag (vi er offentlige ansatte), at det ikke er en ret (korrekt), osv.. Samtidig med at personen tager barnets første sygedag i alle vagtlag, selvom personen ikke er ene forældre.
Derudover spreder personen dårlig stemning i afdelingen, opfører sig som vores chef, og er dybt kontrollerende for hvad alle andre laver.
Hvad kan man gøre? Kan man skrive til fagforeningen eller fælles tillidsrepræsentanten for at få udskrevet nyt valg så vi kan komme af med en tillidsrepræsentant uden tillid?

I’ve been living in New York for two full years, headed into my third year now. I have my BFA in MT and was very excited to move here. Since being here though, I’ve struggled. A lot. New York is not for the faint of heart and it is hard to get started and I still feel like I haven’t gotten started. Since I’ve been going to auditions here, I never get a callback. Not trying to brag but I know that I am an excellent singer and a decent actor. When I was in college, I got a few leads and usually always a callback. (I know that New York is different than my college but just so everyone knows I’m not bad at this!!) But I just feel like I don’t stand out at all. And very much struggle with the idea that I am just not pretty enough to be in this field. I don’t know if anyone else struggles with this and just was wondering if anyone has ANY advice about how I can stand out more in these auditions or if there’s something I should be doing differently? Or maybe if you are also struggling we can share horror stories??
