The color is too light for my eyes to register it as quickly as I need. If it was a lot brighter and 10% slower I'd feel it'd be doable but as it is RIP aint gonna be able to do that lol (yes I stood by the boss, I'd get most of them but if it was slightly away from boss I'd always just barely miss it)

I got suspended from my campus for an academic dishonesty case. The rules are you get suspended after 3 cases. The first 2 cases were barely anything (opened a tab to talk to my brother about my mental health as I was having a panic attack, my brother is much younger and literally in high school, nothing related to the exam and yes the exam was online so it said other tab opened) , but I took the punishment regardless because I didn't want any beef with my teacher who was really pushing it. I took another class with the same professor the next semester and he gave me another one because he didn't believe that I went to class someday. I did go to class and I have all evidences that show I went to class including CCTV footage of me. I had a hearing with the school, and obviously I wasn't even given a fair chance to fight it and they wouldn't let me even appeal anything. The professor had 0 evidence that I didn't come to class and he simply started causing me because of the previous hatred he had for me, which he even showed in the hearing. I have done no plagiarism or cheating or anything in all 3 cases. They not only failed me for all 3 classes but after 2 years of this happening, they decided to randomly suspend me now with no prior time to plan anything. With only one year to graduate, I got several internship opportunities and because they announced the suspension in such a last minute, I don't have enough time to plan anything and now I cant work for my dream companies. Even though I committed nothing "wrong", I still took the suspension as they gave me no choice to even fight it fairly. But now I am faced with deportation because of this and denial to my internships so all I am asking for is to be suspended the semester after this so I have enough time to plan my classes and take my job, but they are denying it because apparently they can't treat me specially. Do you guys think this is a fair punishment in the first place? mind you, I have been failed from all 3 classes already for no reason. How do you guys think I should fight this? Also, I am a 4.0 student who goes to all classes.
