My parents always told me that if I ever feel tired, I can take a break from chores, so that's what I did. I still do my chores (which is basically taking care of the house since my parents are at work) but I've taken a bit more time to do them than usual. My father has been really sweet and supportive, asking if I was okay and all, but my step mother keeps screaming at me every time she gets the chance. She never asked if I was okay, or why I was taking a break for once, she just screams at me. Even if it's something my little brother did, I'm the one getting scolded. Seriously, I'm just exhausted from school and taking care of everything at home.

Problem/Goal: I want to ask how can I overcome breakup.
I just broke up with may partner of 2 years. We lived together for 2 years din. It all happened in a snap. Nakaramdam naman ako na nagsasawa na sya sakin because of my attitude and other things.
He was a nice guy, always looking out for me and pushing me to my limit. He cared for me and lived me so dearly.
My work requires me to go on trips from time to time, last time I did, napansin ko wala na syang interest sa akin. No hi or hellos. No kamusta ka. Nada. Contrary to the way he used to be before. He always know what time I'm gonna go home, kinakamusta ako and all.
We broke up because of an argument we've been fighting about for a long time. Ako may kasalanan. Then we broke up. I went away.
I went back to my home, we still exchanged messages. And then we agreed to break up na talaga. That this is it. We were nice with each other. We told our frustrations with each other. We were both sad and hurting. But we decided to part ways anyway.
So my question is, if there is no foul play, how do you move on from it? Anong kakapitan mong driving force palayo sa kanya?
Honestly, I'm in my low point right now. Almost desparate to come by his house and ask for forgiveness. But there's no point because he already told me he doesn't want to anymore. There's no coming back from here.

so i kept getting that “no network” error when i was in and only working after a few minutes, an hour ago i completely lost access to my account, i went on X, no help, so i went on my instagram to check on my logins, so i logged out all my devices and i still can’t log in. i lost my messenger a few minutes ago so i tried putting my password in, it just kept loading so i restarted it, now i keep getting the “page isn’t available right now”, and when i try logging into my facebook, it keeps saying “The operation couldn't be completed. So I took in a stray about 2 weeks ago and she has 4 more days on her hold before I can officially claim her as my own , but the last 3 night she has woken me up between 3-5am to go outside. I’m a really light sleeper anyway and it doesn’t take much to wake me but I’m starting to feel the toll. Last night she went out later than usual at around 10pm , so I thought she may sleep through till around 7am or 8am but she still woke me at 5am. I’m considering getting a microchip cat flap but this is a rented property, so they will definitely charge me for the damage . I go to sleep around 11-11.30pm and moving it any earlier would be difficult as I have my adult kids at home and there’s too much noise to sleep any earlier .Does anyone have any advice as my last cat didn’t do this and I’m really needing a decent nights sleep ?

Hallo zusammen,
Ich würde gerne im SS mit meinem Vollzeit Informatik Studium auf der JKU starten. Nun muss ich klären wie sich das finanzieren lässt. Wie viele Stunden pro Woche muss ich für das Studium einplanen? Bei ca. 30ECTS pro Semester.
Hab eine HTL für Maschinenbau gemacht und war jetzt 5 Jahre im Berufsleben. Informatik Vorkenntnisse sind vorhanden. Würd sagen ich bin durchschnittlich schlau, also kein Überflieger :D

I ordered a Chanel earrings with pearl in 18k Gold from Funny, but the original Chanel earrings do not have it in gold. Those fashion earrings are metal and plated in gold.
Funny was very patient in explaining to me, and the first version she did was in yellow gold (which is not the same color as the original Chanel earrings, i.e. Champaign gold.)
I then told her that I want it to be in Champaign gold and she explained that since it is metal coated in gold, it will be very difficult to get that color. She offered to remake the earrings to beige gold, which is a color of gold that is unique to Chanel, and not too yellow.
The over result of the earring is amazing (I'll let the pictures do the talking)... Although it is not the same as the original Chanel, but it's unique and one of a kind in the world.
Unfortunately, if I could, I would have gotten the earring from boutique, but my wife is allergic to metal coated earrings. She can only wear 18k gold.

I have rented different suites over the past 15 years, and for the first time last year my property management company sent a notice of a rent increase.
I got into my current place 3 years ago. The rent was/is a baffling $3-500 below what similar units are renting for. For the first two years, there was no increase and I guess I hoped I would be lucky and go unnoticed.
I know I am fortunate, and I am thankful for the rent increase cap (a relative in AB had their rent jacked by $500/month) but has anyone ever had an open and productive discussion with their property management company/landlord about their intentions for future increases?
I feel I am a pretty good tenant, I got a comment from a neighbour how it is nice that I am not screaming/yelling at people like the previous tenant. I take pride in my suite (I cleaned a kilo of congealed cat food out of the dishwasher drain caused by the previous tenant) and while I was able to handle this increase, everything is getting more expensive which puts stress on my finances.

Hello AskUK, how's everyone doing today?
I spent this cold, foggy morning waiting in line at the GP to get my mum an appointment. Now they open at 8am, but if you call, they don't pick up the phone. They also have an app where you can book an appointment online, which, surprisingly, doesn't work.
Now while I was waiting in line, I was thinking about getting private health insurance but I've read that they don't cover existing medical conditions. Now I have had some chest pains this last week (id assume its from this bout of flu that's going around) and was wondering, if I was to take out some health insurance, would that be counted as a existing medical condition or not? If not, what on earth do I do?
Any help would be much appreciated. Located in London
