I'm female, 24, +- 57kg and 15% bodyfat. i'm a runner and have been doing about 30km/week for a couple months now (have been running weekly for 2years). I've been strength training on and off but recently got a gym membership and have been going diligently for more than a month, focusing on my running and abs. I've never actually seen my abs apart from those two light vertical lines on the right and left.
I've read that abs are made in the kitchen, yes, and I actually eat very clean, have been vegan for 2 years and never really snack on much other than fruit sometimes. I focus on getting my protein, though I know that's hard as a vegan. What else can i do to get my abs to show?

Just starting to use Bluesky but I've been having an issue where I'm trying to scroll down and instead it scrolls to the left or right changing feeds (eg discovery to following). It's incredibly sensitive and I've tried picking different spots to scroll up but there doesn't seem to be any consistentcy. I just have to keep trying and occasionally go back and forth between feeds until it lets me scroll down.

I (28F) have literally NO friends. Despite my best efforts to put myself out there (I am a student currently but I also participate in ALOT of extra curricular activities like Dance Class and Adult Gymnastics) I still have yet to build a social circle for myself. I have learned to be okay with it for the most part but I wonder if I should be trying harder to meet people and pursue an active friendship.
I've lived in Seattle for the past 10 years and I've hung out with a few people before, (mostly old coworkers / ex-boyfriends) but nothing that has been long-term. It's ironic to me because I grew up in a MUCH smaller city closer to Mexico.. and I used to have a lot of friends, in my hometown.
I never expected that my life would be so lonely in one of THE largest cities in the United States.

Yesterday, I met my bf’s family for the first time after more than three years of dating. It was a big deal for me, and while the meeting went okay overall (as expected, there were some awkward moments), I can’t stop obsessing over the meeting... At times during the conversation, I feel like I might have said things that came across as me speaking negatively about my bf. I didn’t mean it in a harsh way—just lighthearted comments—but now I’m worried his family could have taken it the wrong way. My bf has been super reassuring, telling me it’s fine and that they probably didn’t think much of it. He even offered to call them now to clear up any misunderstandings, but I’m not sure if that would make things better or worse. He also suggested just waiting until 설날 when he’ll visit them again, but honestly, I don’t know what to do.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Should I let it go or ask him to address it with them? Any advice would be appreciated! Xx

Not sure if collab is the right word, but kinda like how they added Aloy as a playable character without her intervening to the current lore (since she doesn't count as a descender, probably).

When first downloading Genshin I heard that there were some "Honkai expy"s. The chances of Hoyo adding a character I like from HI as an expy doesn't seem as likely to me, (considering the said characters lore in Honkai, the chances of her getting added to Genshin yet not changing the direction of the lore, or " stealing the spotlight", seems a little hard to pull of.) so I was wondering about her chances of appearing as a collab character instead.
